Maybe they have been able to maintain some sort of relationship as each knows that they have to play the game publicly in blindly supporting their fathers politically. I just ordered the book. I've read only one other book about trump, The Fifth Risk by Michael Lewis. Excellent account about how early on trump gutted governmental agencies and replaced upper management with cronies, loyalists and hacks.
