Where on earth did you find a bedspread? I haven't seen one in decades. It pairs nicely with the little shutters and the striped wallpaper that resembles a box of Giorgio perfume that was just SO popular in 1990.

You need to spray paint that wicker chair. That would never have been allowed to stay natural c. 1972. Maybe black enamel to coordinate with the black accents in the lamp shade or a matching orange.
People may think this wasn't common back in the day but oh man was it ever.
