A lot of gamer youtubers are like that R11. They became rich and famous almost 10 years ago, and still think they should dress like they're 20 year college students and not hire a stylist. Or they confuse doing something outlandish as stylish like the clown hair in R12.
They have millions so they certainly can afford it.

Well aside from the color, it also just has this "durrr I just woke up out of bed and don't care what my hair looks like, but I'm going to play it off like it's cool to not care how I look even though I'm an adult already but I still can't seem to groom myself properly hurrr durrr" look to it.
