Jeb's wife is named Columba. She is VERY fond of jewelry and once spent over $42,000 in a day and over $90,000 in a little over a year. She "misled" Customs after a trip to Europe declaring her purchases abroad were $500 when they were $19,000 because "she didn't want her husband to know how much she spent." Awww, that's so cute. They immediately tased her, put her in handcuffs and deported her. Wait, that didn't happen. She paid a $4000 fine and Jeb said the amount of her spending was between husband and wife and her mistake was to fill out a form improperly, that's all.
