Not that particular cartoonist but similar images by other cartoonists.

Another one. The cartoons almost draw themselves, they are so spot on.
This version of trump is not near fat or ugly as he is.

De Adder's work is way better than that one, R6.

Never seen his stuff, he's really good. Thanks, OP.

OP, love it!
As a kid, I briefly entertained the fantasy of becoming a cartoonist. Unfortunately, my sketching talent never evolved beyond stick figures.

These are genius! Thank you so much OP for putting a very much needed smile on my face this Saturday morning.

I'm very familiar with his work. He's a local boy, so to speak. Born in New Brunswick, lives in Halifax.

I'm very familiar with de Adder's work. He's among the best political cartoonists today.
My favorite for years now is Washington Post's Tom Toles.

R35 The comparison of what is outrageous or scandalous in each of the two countries is striking.
Remember when Obama wore a tan suit, and the Republicans and the right wing media were outraged that a president in a tan suit was not being presidential.

Canadian conservatives were furious that Trudeau bought expensive doughnuts from a locally owned shop. That incident is just one example of the Americanization of Canadian politics.

I don't expect politicians to make purchases exclusively from Canadian only businesses. That's just absurd.

The business was Canadian owned, R38, but it's a small, independently owned place, with organic and locally sourced ingredients and more expensive tha a regular doughnut shop. Tim Hortons isn't Canadian owned anymore at all, but it has a "blue collar" appeal, so the cons attacked Trudeau for it.

R39, Obama was attacked during his 2008 campaign as "elitist" when he noted that farmers were suffering low crop prices even though Whole Foods kept charging more and more for arugula. When critics are reduced to mocking a politician's food preferences, the politician might be worth voting for.
