Inmates at every Cali prison are all salivating right now at prospectively sharing a cell block with this twink. His arrival is eagerly anticipated. Those big boys will be passing him around like a collection plate at a Baptist church.

It will be overturned on appeal. There's no way that was murder, because it would have to be premeditated. Vehicular homicide, sure. He'll plea and be out in 5 years or less. But his ass will never be the same.

Yeah? Vince Neil of Motley Crue spent 20 days in jail after killing his friend and crippling the driver of the other car in a drunk driving crash.
