Kingsbury has been on the radar for years... he's starting age not well. It was a big deal (gamble?) when AZ Cardinals picked a college coach, offensive genius will a poor win-loss record at Texas Tech, was hired as head coach. The house is a spec house, a big Paradise Valley thing that from the front has the all the same design elements as the Kardashian house, like a "Fuck You" street elevation. The landscape design is hideous, probably the worst I have ever seen, and that is saying a lot. The builder and spectacularly untalented architect, if there was one, hired a nitwit of marginal talent, as well as the interior designer, a Scottsdale frau that visited Palm Springs once.
