After Hours is one my favorite movies, so I'll always remember him.

In After Hours he is like a Scorsese doppelganger, if a Caucasian one. The film is notable for having so many female characters, unusual for the director.

It's so telling to me that people measure an actor's success by how ubiquitous they are on magazine covers, gossip columns, Entertainment Tonight and TMZ. Only so many people can be or even want to be super-famous celebrities. And some of those aren't very talented. Griffin Dunne is a good actor and has been working steadily in the business for almost 50 years.
