I watched the series premiere when it first aired. I wasn't impressed and never went back. I'm not saying the show is necessarily bad but I didn't find it charming in practically any way. I grew up watching Selleck's Magnum and this seemed like another lame version of the original TV show we see all the time now. However since it hasn't been canceled they must be doing something right.
