R3 Their native villages. It’s for the better. Mumbai is a dystopian, hopeless NYC on steroids. Better to go to greener pastures and wide open spaces where you can shelter with family rather than stay in that putrid metropolis.

R4, some of them are carrying the virus with them. This is likely to spread the virus through the whole country, to places with no capacity to treat the very ill, and it will ruin the epidemiological purpose of the lockdown.

This needs to be stopped, for the same reason that wealthy countries are trying to stop rich bastards from leaving the cities and going to their vacation homes.
