Mathu had enough of Ru's shit but also went off the deep end. Ru is paying for him to live but doesn't see him. The only person who has talked about any of it is Willam, who has visited Mathu. Mathu is famously private (now) and does not want any attention or spotlight. He just wants to be left alone.

R3, That is not right. The only comments Willam made about it suggested that Mathu is gravely sick and hospitalized and that the World of Wonder team that has known him for 30 years has cast him off and doesn't visit. Reasons unknown for both the hospitalization and the rift between them. If he has said anything else I would be interested in seeing a link.

How do you people know so much about the personal lives of people who were reality show contestants many years ago?

R5 Mathu is a major influential figure in his sphere so it was notable when he was revealed to be hospitalized. I don't remember exactly when Willam talked about it.
