However the autopsy reported the gun was a .45 magnum a far larger revolver. If the gun photographed in the scene was a .38 how did a .45 magnum get on the nite stand ? The prop master had a lot to answer for. Have never read his testimony from the inquest.

Daily was dating actor Jon-Erik Hexum from the TV show Cover Up at the time of his death in 1984. She was rumored to have dated actor and comedian Paul Reubens while filming Pee-wee's Big Adventure.

I think Hexum's fans are not fans of Daily's; there are photos of him with her at events and he looks like he'd rather be anywhere else.

Hexum was on the show and he had a very deep voice and the rest of the guys made fun of him when he spoke I remember one actor from CHiPs made a locker room gay joke about Hexum during the taping. The actor was Tom Reilly or Tom O'Reilly who later lost his job from CHiPs after he was stopped by cops for driving under the influence of alcohol and Quaaludes.

He was frugal when alive so would assume he would not have had to still work guest starring on tv shows when he got older. He was more into being a movie star than actually being an actor and making enuf moola might have been enuf in the end. I am not so sure about the straight part...........he almost always attended industry events alone.
