Any tips/tricks to looking groomed and polished at work? There’s so little time in the morning, and then it rains or something. No matter how hard I try there’s always something off. My shirt gets wrinkled just sitting in traffic or there’s razor burn. I’ll be in line at Starbucks and see someone looking like this photo. How do they do it?
Its very easy to look like those two guys, who aren't wearing anything especially difficult or expensive. The only question is if you yourself are ALSO tall, young, fit and handsome? You'll have to make peace with what you're working with but where is the difficulty about having pressed, clean, well-fitting nondescript clothes? I dunno.

Yes OP are you as good looking and young as these guys? If not then all you can do is try very hard but it will be obvious.

Neither is wearing anything labor-intensive in terms of sourcing, wearing, or maintaining. The guy of the right has slightly fussier clothes in the sense that they are somewhat less forgiving of wrinkles and dirt, and they make take another minute or two with the vest buttons and the skinny pant legs. The guy on the left is wearing jeans and a corduroy or twill jacket, all fairly indestructible, and a sweater that can hide a wrinkled button-down shirt, all simple as fuck and the colors can be interchanged with most anything without causing a raised eye (his hair is a bit fluffy, though; a shorter haircut and he could be dressed and out of the house in five minutes. Shave the night before if you get razor burn, and don't shave so close.
You picked two attainable goals. It would only take the least effort...
