Both of them will benefit more from doing this together than if they had done it solo. It’ll be bigger, pull a bigger global audience and remembered longer (assuming they kill it), Jlo doing it alone would have been memorable for 2 months max.

Just reviewed Jlo’s biggest hits and it’s very clear that this woman only has a music career because of a very strong work ethic, ambition and drive, dancing ability, very beautiful face, gay glam squad and yes people, and very nice ass. Of course she had good collaborators - songwriters, producers, etc but if she had musical talent her hit songs could have been great. Her hit songs, looking back, only 4 or 5 are worth listening to..I like “all I have”, “I’m glad”, ‘I’m real” and “waiting for tonight” perhaps the most. I liked a bunch of her songs back in the day but can’t say I ever listen to her catalogue now.

They had to do a Latin-flavored halftime show with the Super Bowl in Miami this year. If they ever hold it in Nashville, it will be an all country music show.
