Plastic surgeons really dont like doing work on people after the age of 60. Yes, they still do it if the patient is rich enough and pushes the issue, but it gets really risky. The skin dose not heal well at that age, people have lots of other health issues and not impossible they could die on the table AKA Joan Rivers style. Brucilla is 70.

True, but suppose much depends upon what work is being done.

As you age past 60 it really isn't wise to be put under anesthesia unless necessary. Even then often it is better to have certain procedures that once could have been done on an out patient basis in hospital to be on safe side. Had Joan Rivers physician heeded that advice she might have survived that routine procedure.

There are of course physicians who will do anything for right price. Those who won't take no for an answer but have funds can always find a doctor in Mexico or some other country (usually in some sort of private clinic with weak to nil oversight) that will do what they want.
