RAIN IN LA, RAIN IN LA

I love it. Driving to work tomorrow will be hell, but that's okay.

It's always noteworthy, huh? I feel like we've got a lot of rain this year, and I'm thankful for it! There's something somewhat romantic about this in that the last time it rained a bunch was during Thanksgiving, and then our mountains were covered in snow! I wonder if we'll get something similar after this rainy spell. Here's a pic I took after our last snow.

Cool photo Photo R4. Where was that taken?

I agree with R5, I love that pic. And grew up in LA. Where is that? Looks like Mammoth?

Hey, I'm glad you guys liked the photo. This was actually taken on the way up Morton Ridge in the San Bernardino National Forest.

Do any of you know whether Griffith Park has ever seen snow? I was just hiking Glendale Peak the other day and thought the elevation was comparable to a lot of other places that have actually seen snow, so it at least seems possible.

I wish it would rain this week! It’s going to be up to 70° during the day this week & no rain. I’m not happy. Would love some more cool weather.
