I doubt X-Men will be out in the next few years. First they will do this phase, introduce Fantastic Four, then its Xmen in the next phase. Plus Iceman is 20s-30s because marvel will want the role to go on for multiple projects so Luke will be aged out by then.... Unless its an Xmen character for Deadpool sequel. I believe they will say, past Deadpool movies were another Earth/Universe, so they can recast everyone/change things for the Avengers' universe of Xmen. So a new Iceman could be in the new sequel. Or maybe the new version of Colossus will be gay and shown human.

There's other gay characters they could do, Union Jack, North Star, Hulking & Wiccan, Hercules (long shot maybe). Or they could change an old or minor character to be gay. They have changed genders and race of characters in the past. There's also the Disney+ series so all kinds of minor/unexpected characters are on the table.

I do think the Deadpool sequel script hasn't been finished and that Fantastic Four will appear in the Antman sequel, & that script hasn't been finished.
