Celebrities who affect mannered voices when appearing in public as themselves

On the show "Feud," Susan Sarandon as Bette Davis uses a much more normal register to speak as bete davius than we're used to--but when she appears in public (at awards ceremonies or press conferences) she uses the clipped New England way of speaking we're used to from Bette Davis. I've read this was true in real life, and that Davis spoke in that way only when she was being "Bette davis" in front of the public. Similarly, jackie Onassis put on that weird breathy way of speaking only when she was being interviewed, and Marilyn Monroe only did the classic breathy Monroe voice for public occasions too.

Are there other celebrities past or presently who have done or do this? It seems like an awful lot of work, and also pretty fucked-up too.

Michael Jackson's soft, feminine, innocent voice for the public. Apparently his dude voice slipped out in private around his staff and people who knew him personally.

Madonna uses that stranger received pronunciation voice now, but it's so much better than that weird fake British accent that she used when married to Guy Ritchie that it's almost a relief. Neither sounds anything like what she uses at home with her kids, I can promise you.

Johnny Rapid has a very masculine voice IRL , not the squeeky shrieky shrill he uses on set.
