She played opposite of Don Knotts in his epic thriller "The Ghost and Mr. Chicken." Most movie scholars agree it was the best Knotts vehicle of the 60s, and her quiet loveliness added a lot to it.

As Okie Annie in Batman: "a conniving cowboy of crime."
She has a bit of Daryl Hannah about her.

She was a Playboy playmate. Her ample figure is shown off in 'The Ghost and Mr. Chicken" in a series of tight fitting dresses. I liked that movie but I never bought the romance angle in it. The gorgeous Alma falls for the socially awkward, homely Luther Heggs? Only in the movies does that occur. Anyway, the movie features a great cameo appearance by Ellen Corby. She's only onscreen for a few minutes but her brief bit as Luther's grade school teacher, testifying in court about what he was like as a child, is hilarious.

R7, interesting link. Those Playmates of the Month back then were awfully pretty. Some are blatantly sex kittens, but most are just wholesomely pretty young women. The fact that they're not stick-thin with huge fake tits probably helps.

The Playmates of bygone eras looked so natural. Their faces, their bodies...they were so REAL. These days it's all fake tits and bleached hair and plumped up lips. No more natural beauty, just fakery.
