100% avoiding BPA is virtually impossible without living off grid in the woods like a goddamned animal. And the replacements used by some companies have not proven safe, either. Almost all canned food has BPA in it, as well as, oddly enough, receipts. That slippery receipt paper is full of it, to the point that a friend's reproductive endocrinologist actually told her to stop handling/touching receipts.

One fairly easy thing to do is use glass containers to store food (easy and cheap) and don't ever heat food with plastic wrap on it (or use plastic wrap - there are very good washable beeswax-impregnated alternatives now).

R68 I wouldn't agree, especially since body building has become a thing. If you have a large developed chest, a narrow waist, and large developed thighs and butt, you have an hourglass shape. It is different from a female hourglass, as it is built more around muscle, but it is still an hourglass.
