Guys, I just ate 2 Big Macs in 10 minutes
I just left the movie theater, which I went to straight from work, and I was starving. I usually do not eat late, but then I remembered I have not eaten since noon and I feel so hungry. I would normally just go home and wait until the morning but instead i went to McDonalds and bought 2 Big Macs, no drink or fries. I swallowed them.
Now I walked to the bakery and bought a big piece of Cherry Pie.
I feel so good but I fear I will regret this in the morning.

My sister has a co-worker that eats McDonalds daily, and not just a sandwich, she gets those big brown bags that they give you when you order for like a family full, and it’s all for her.
She’s a big girl and she owns it. She makes no excuses, she will look you in the face and say, “I’m a far girl, I need to eat”.
She can eat like 15 sandwiches herself.

What bakery is opened that late and sells a single piece of pie?

Doesn't McDonald's sell cherry pies? Why drive your Rascal to a second location OP?

R13 some bakery’s sell just slices as well as a whole pie.
At least here in Brooklyn.

Most bakeries sell a single slice. Do they not where YOU live?

Those burger patties are tiny in the Big Mac. You really had two regular hamburgers (child size) with two extra pieces of bread. With all the lettuce and Thousand Island dressing, you had a small side salad. Ten minutes is awfully fast though. Slow down next time.

Big Macs (all their hamburgers) were better when they got their buns delivered fresh from local bakeries Now they buy them in bulk and the buns often come frozen, and they're really hard and dry. They also stopped toasting their buns which was a huge mistake.

The kid's meal is perfect for me. The hamburger is really good, the fries are just the right quantity, and the little Coke is all a person needs, Plus, you get a nifty toy, and you can do the puzzles and the maze on the box!

This is so weird. I just left Sherman's Deli in PS and there was a short, very thin, handsome guy there that ate the largest sandwich I have ever seen. He also had dessert. I was amazed he did it.

It's the "special sauce" that makes Big Macs so good.
I've loved Big Macs since I was a little kid, but yeah they're different now.
As already mentioned, they're smaller, the buns are dry and hard, the meat is usually cold and dry, and the bun to meat ratio is off. Too much bun.
It's unsurprising, though. Nothing is as good as it was, 10 or 20 years ago. Companies are so cheap now. It's all about the bottom line.
Funny how the price has managed to keep rising. It's about 6 to 7 dollars for just the Big Mac burger, without the drink and fries.

Two is too much. But 1 by itself without fries is not so horrible calorie wise. Horrible nutritionally. But won’t make you into Chrissy Metz - even if you did one every day.

Who else has never eaten a Big Mac? When I ate burgers from McDs, it was always the Double Quarter Pounder with cheese as all that bread on the BM never looked appealing. Chicken, coffee, and cookies are about the only thing I'll get there nowadays.

You inhaled about 1,120 calories and 66 grams of fat.
Skipping the fries was a good move. If you had a salad for lunch and nothing else, you'd still be in a calorie deficit for the day.
Unfortunately with the pie, you fucked yourself, you fat whore!

Well I ate at a nice upscale Mexican restaurant and had chips, guac and salsa. As well as two enchiladas and rice and beans. So you ate less than me. Probably half as many calories. So don’t feel bad.

Well I just read an article that said the body does go into a calorie and carb craving mode as winter sets in. Only requires a about 120 more calories. But the mind just hears “I’m starving”. After doing really well all year, I’ve had out of control food splurges in the past two weeks that are scary. Need to go on a fast again. But I can’t stop eating.

I had a very sensible baked salmon filet (240 calories) and brussels sprouts (~100 calories) for dinner.
Washed down with about 700 calories of vodka.

Big Macs are nothing. One time to treat myself in a rare disgusting way, I got two Carl’s Jr. double Western bacon cheeseburgers. Those are big. I didn’t eat them fast, but I ate them.

I like Carl's Jr. once in a while. Last time I was in Anaheim we walked thru the drive-thru and got burgers, and then visited Carl's star on the Anaheim/Orange County Walk of Stars. Truly, a night to remember.

[quote]It's the "special sauce" that makes Big Macs so good.
I read an article about secret menus at different restaurants, and it said that McDonalds would put the sauce on any sandwich if you ask. Never tried it, but the sauce on one of their plain little hamburgers might be pretty good.

The special sauce is a bit like thousand island dressing, but not exactly.
In-n-Out puts actual thousand island dressing on their burgers, and it is soooooooo good.
Thousand Island dressing and burgers are a match made in heaven.

What's weird about carbs is if you eat two Big Macs you will gain weight but if you only take the bread off and ate them you would lose weight. Except for a little sugar and in the sauce, the rest bun has all the carbs.
