Kerry Washington has white skin now. wtf/?????

The irony is she is pushing a movie bout a black mom who lost her kid, bit odd as she has changed her race evidently..

He mother is mixed race, so she's going to be at least medium-black:

Compare her to early pics of her, She done gone way white. Even the husky voiced black host on today now , is getting whiter by the day. I guess they prefer it.

She probably wears sunblock to slow down the effects of aging. When you block the sun's rays from hitting your skin, then your skin will be lighter.

I never understood it, maybe bleaching a tad, but going so very white like some of them do, Was surprised Kerry went so light, and her teeth on the morning show, I also saw it, were so big, mid life make over I guess....

I wear a sunblock because I'm old and I'm light skinned and my face was looking splotchy. The sunblock does turn me even lighter and a little gray but I'd rather that than looking like I've got some skin disease. Even out my skin also makes me look healthier and makes my skin look more youthful.

I am using a lightener to even out the tone and once I get rid of the dark patches I'll only use cocoa butter which does get rid of dark patches on the skin but it takes much longer than the lightener. I've gotten rid of dark scratch marks from injuries with cocoa butter but it took a long time for them to fade.

Many do this to get more roles in White Hollyweird. Mainly the women. Photos OP? She also got cheek implants and a nose job early in her career but so do white actresses so I don’t see the big deal, but the skin bleaching is sad.

People actually think skin bleaching yields evenly lighter skin? That it actually works well? LOL. I guess makeup doesn't exist either.

I think she’s just not wearing her usual heavy eye makeup. She’s also wearing a very dark lip. She doesn’t usually do this look so to us she doesn’t look like herself. Asides from that her skin is lighter, however. I see nothing wrong with it. White people tan, so who cares?
