IT (2017)

Well, that was certainly worthy of a new thread.

IT was good, but my favorite movie about pronouns is THEM, followed by SHE.

It was two years ago, so I missed the hype.

How was IT Part 2?

Was it worth seeing?

At least R1 performed her obligatory duty, as being a MASSIVE CUNT.

I liked IT.

The movie was long and boring.

The TV mini-series with Tim Curry was so much more fun. And hotty Ben Heller played Stan.

Brian Grazer's nephew was really good in this movie. He gave a great performance.

The lead was okay, but kind of dull.

The real standouts were Finn Wolfhard, and Jack Dylan Grazer.

They were both hilarious. I expect them to become breakout stars, when they get older.

Can someone explain to me what's up with Wyatt Oleff's forehead?

So strange for such a young kid to have such a big forehead.

Of the entire cast, Wyatt Oleff strikes me as gay.

The rest of the cast seems pretty straight, but Wyatt definitely pings for me.

Ummm some people have bigger foreheads.

Sometimes you people speak like every human on the planet ages the same, looks the same, has the same hairline etc. we are all different.

Wyatt doesn’t ping at all in interviews. He’s posing for a photo shoot there. Feminine poses are normal in modeling these days.

Jaeden Lieberher's father Wes, was on Diner's Drive-In's and Dives!

I remember him well, so I was actually surprised to find out that was Jaeden's father.

Although, they do look a lot alike.

Jaeden Lieberher is a quarter Korean.

I knew it the minute I saw him, because he looks... "different."

I couldn't put my finger on it, until I googled him and found out that his mother is half Korean.

Jaeden looks so much like his father.

Did he and his father have a falling out? Jaeden doesn't go by Lieberher anymore. He changed it to Martell

I think he goes by Martell now because it’s easier to remember and say for the public.

Interesting that he seems to have embraced his mother's name, even though on the movie credits, he's listed as Lieberher.

Something must have happened in the past couple of years, because they seemed pretty close in this photo.

Dad must be pissed that his son Jaeden has eclipsed him, in terms of stardom.

Jaeden is pulling in $500,000 a movie.

Amazing that such a young cast, could pull off such a good movie.

They really are like the boys from "Stand By Me."

Well, OP, both "It" and "Stand By Me" were based on Stephen King novels, so there is that shared theme of childhood innocence lost.

I think Jaeden gave a great performance (especially in the scenes dealing with his brother), that got unjustly overshadowed by the showier perfomances of the fan favorites (Finn, Jack).

The frontal nudity shocked me.

I found Finn annoying.

I loved Jack and Sophia.

I thought Jaeden was very good in part one. Despite looking somewhat similar, James McAvoy was terrible casting as the adult version of the character.

All I know is that Bill Skarsgard is HOT!

Also, I'm shocked that Bryan Grazer is worth $400 million.

People on here believe his uncle helped him but Jack went through the audition process like all the rest and won the role, rightfully so, as we all saw he was great.

He was good but I thought he was the weakest of the kid actors.

Out of all the kids on the show, I think that Finn Wolfhard is going to become the biggest star.

At first, I thought he was really dorky looking and not really attractive.

But when you see him off camera, he has a really good personality, and he seems to be fairly well rounded with being an actor and a musician.

He's definitely the one to watch, in the future.

They’re kids growing up in Hollywood. They’re pumped with liberal hoopla from young.

This is normal with young Hollywood kids these days, even if straight, to be touchy and affectionate with one another.

Maybe its just a young kids thing instead of a Hollywood thing.

On the one hand it's a generational thing, but with these actor kids the fact that they know how wild their fangirls go over anything remotely homoerotic probably plays into it as well.
