I never understand why people who cook with shrimp leave the tails on. What are we supposed to do with them?

R1, it serves as a great handle with which to pick that shrimp up and suck and chew it ferociously until there is nothing left but tail. That's why.

I'm making some chili and decided to use some small, homemade meatballs. Not sure how it will turn out but it can't be that bad.
