She stuck out like sore thumb amongst all those other von Trapps with their blonde hair and fair complexion.
Was Briggita von Trapp fathered by the milkman?

Her real father was a doctor who would become lost in space.
He really missed her.

Perhaps Danny Thomas? (Make Room for Daddy / Danny Thomas Show) - 1957 to 1964

OP, What ARE you talkin' about? Brigitta has a strong resemblance to Liesl and to Cap'n Von Trapp, as someone mentioned above. We never even see a pic of the first Mrs de Wint--- I mean Von Trapp, so we dunno if it was her genes who made all those aryan master race looking blonde kids, or if they take after a yodeling goatherd she met out on the hillside for a bang.

No, but she was FINGERED by him.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | October 26, 2019 5:57 AM |
Liesl has dark hair too, OP. You’re an asshole.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | October 26, 2019 6:09 AM |
Briggita looked similar to her sisters Liesl and Marta, If anything, it was that spider jar carrying cunt Louisa who stuck out like a sore thumb.

At least none of those dreadful urchins came out of my womb.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | October 26, 2019 7:14 AM |
I always thought Brigita resembled Franz the butler.

There were rumors in Stowe, VT, that the father of one of Maria’s children with the Captain was the local priest.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | October 26, 2019 12:12 PM |
You've got it slightly mixed up, r11. The rumor about the local priest in Stowe, Vt., was that he was fucking both Kurt and Friedrich, not Maria.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | October 26, 2019 12:17 PM |
Dear Baroness, nothing or no one was ever allowed near your dreadful womb, which is why the Captain dumped your pompous ass for mine.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | October 26, 2019 12:23 PM |
Actually, Brigitta was the result of one of Captain Von Trapp's many lustful liasons. Ever the gentleman, he and his late wife "took in a poor orphan to raise as their own" and ignored whispers to the contrary. That's how such things were dealt with in those days.

That pink parasol loving Marta and book worm Brigitta look a lot alike. And from my limited time at the Von Trapp villa, I'd say the two also resembled the stable boy.

I always got a creepy incestuous vibe from that scene where the Captain spanks Brigitta with a book.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | October 26, 2019 1:26 PM |
So did I, r16!
by Anonymous | reply 17 | October 26, 2019 2:26 PM |
I'm sure you'll make a excellent nun, Baroness.

When will her memoir Lost in the Sound of Music be coming out?
by Anonymous | reply 20 | October 26, 2019 3:07 PM |
She was part Jewess, obviously the family had to hide that.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | October 26, 2019 3:20 PM |
That was a great interview! Thanks for posting, r22

Captain Von Trapp was a loser... all his Daughters are flat as pancakes. Sad!
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 26, 2019 6:41 PM |
Baronesses don't fuck milkmen!
No, they fuck fellow aristocrats, or the equerry.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | October 26, 2019 9:43 PM |
The spider-jar carrying Louisa had a split personality -- she thought she was Brigitta as well as Louisa. Just look at how she first introduced herself to Frauline Maria.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | October 27, 2019 6:42 AM |
Well OP, I think your dress is the ugliest one I ever saw.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | October 27, 2019 7:26 AM |
r28 Frauline Helga's was ugliest.

r14=Lady Edith
by Anonymous | reply 29 | October 27, 2019 6:19 PM |
OP, be careful, or you'll end up with a snake in your pocket, just like Fraulein Helga.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | October 29, 2019 12:23 AM |
No, but her mother was ravished by the Lonely Goatherd.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | October 29, 2019 12:35 AM |
R31 Actually the lonely goatherd is blonde like the sibilings, but the clarinet player in the band bears a striking resemblance to Briggita.

In Nazi Germany, dark haired and dark eyed Germans were also considered ‘Aryan’. Not that it meant anything, since the ‘Aryan race’ mythos was based on 19th century theosophy and pseudoscience.

Actually, the secret is darker than that......
