Democrats who called Trump out for his crimes when he was alive will be vilified by people now experiencing Big Sads because Trump died.

Melania would be a permanent A-list, sympathetic heroine.

The GOP would rally immediately behind Pence in hopes of securing an election for him in 2020, knowing he could be reelected in 2024, lengthening their stranglehold on the country.

All the sketchy things going on with voting machines and voter registration would ramp up in the aftermath, knowing the media will be too preoccupied to report on it.

Political considerations aside I would then be convinced of the existence of God. Because I literally pray daily that he will croak. I used to hope instead that our Democratic checks and balances would bring about his punishment and public humiliation. But now that those checks and balances have ceased to exist that outcome is far less likely than his death from whatever degenerative brain disorder he clearly has. If I were able to come in contact with Trump, like preparing his food it touching something he touched, I would plan to be cool for a few months, now and scrape to him and make everything perfect.
