Even a project like "Little Chris", where it's noted that his character "may well be in love with" the female lead - she's the main character, he isn't and romance isn't even explored in the storyline. The likes of "Perfume" is long in the past. That doesn't mean his career is in the toilet, far from it.

One might say for NPH, Quinto, Bomer and Whishaw, that coming out and being gay became the most interesting thing about otherwise bland actors and if anything helped their flagging careers because of it.

And Connor was uncomfortable in the closet, not with his sexual orientation, when he talks about having to talk about gay characters from a distance (exactly what Julian Morris did with the man in the orange shirt promo where he was "inspired" to play a gay character by his gay friends, and he said that without puking) he talks about the discomfort of not being open not about the discomfort being gay.

It's true that Miles dated Brandon and Connor before both came out, in fact Brandon came out when he was not dating Miles anymore, but i suppose he knew Connor was coming out way before he did it.

And i repeat, Miles is one of those actors coming out would not affect him at all, because the roles he couldn't get if he comes out are exactly the same roles they are not offering him right now

r215 Connor means that coming out takes a long time to do, emotionally. It's not at all like stepping out of an actual closet. You have to adjust yourself to the idea of letting everyone close to you know that you're not who they consciously or unconsciously expected you to be. There's nothing about it that's simple, even if you grow up in an environment where people will accept you.

Miles is busy promoting 13RW season 3

The good news is that Miles has a nude sex scene in 13rw this season.

Yeah. They're doubling down on keeping his character str8. At least for the first 5 episodes. That's all I've seen so far.

I can easily see the director shaking his head during that scene and saying to himself, "Oh my god, can't he even ACT like he's fucked a girl before?"

I really wish I could screenshot Netflix. There's a nice shot of Miles' ass (or it may be an ass double) in episode 5 of the new season. Too bad it's right after a straight sex scene.

R241, yeah he is is. Which means he’s staying temporarily somewhere in northern ca for filming, and very likely Connor has been staying with him there. Miles did have to fly to NY for the Coach event this week, and Connor evidently stayed back with the pups. Guessing by now they’ve been reunited, though.

Couple things worth noting- 1) Miles did a short interview at the Coach event, which should really have been linked here (fuck paywalls). Confirmed his dogs’ names are Crouton and Girl. He also looked really great at that event 2) one of the new 13RW actors, Tyler Barnhardt, did an ama on reddit and responded to a question about cast members’ significant others coming to set and affirmed they do. He also follows Connor on IG and has commented and/or liked plenty of his posts, especially involving Miles or the dogs. Just more stuff to reflect how little they’re trying to hide.

Miles is as good at hiding it as ever.

I really like the way he talks and presents himself during the interview at the Coach event. Seems like he is comfortable being himself. Not hiding his gayness at all here.
