They look like siblings. They are not identical twins. They are fraternal. Which = siblings who share the same womb but not the same egg. Identical = an egg that splits. Fraternal = separate eggs.

I couldn't stand that women back when she was a media whore. She then decided to shield her kids from the spotlight, got her bachelor's degree and now works as a counselor. Her kids are all vegan, help run the household chores and seem very well adjusted. She appeared quite sincere and remorseful in an interview I saw somewhere online recently. However, I heard she's now shopping networks for a new reality show. I thought she was going to be one of those great comeback stories but it seems she wants to go back to media whoring.

They're a multiple birth with multiple sperm donors. None of these kids are "twins" to anyone, in any sense. They're "octuplets" because they're a multiple birth with 8 living survivors, but they started as 8 different fertilized embryos implanted in their mother's womb. It's not like her egg split 8 ways, or 8 sperm reached 8 different eggs at once. These kids were mixed up in a lab and implanted inside of her. In that sense, they're just 8 half-siblings. Any set of siblings that shares the same two parents is more closely related than any of these "twins."

It reminds me of a set of triplets I went to school with, where two of the girls looked identical and the third triplet didn't look anything like them at all.

Back in the day I was mildly obsessed with the case, and Suleman doesn’t have a good history. There were a number of red flags that suggested that she is disordered and unstable. If she’s been able to overcome her issues and be a good parent, that’s great. I remain skeptical, though.

People call her OctoMom, but she actually has 14 kids. The first set of spawns consists of sextuplets. That's why it's disgustingly irresponsible of her and her doctor to push for 8 more kids just to set the world record. Deplorable.

Im sure she has evolved some in the last ten years. But I had enough of her 10 years ago when she was on every single tabloid, a filler story or bad joke for every comedian or talk show host. She was a freak show distraction for America during the recession like John and Kate. It will be something else for her when they all pack up for college.

I hope that Nadya's not too old to have more children. 14 is not enough. I love big single parent families!
