Good, now his face completely matches his loathsome personality and sub-human intelligence level.

Let that be a lesson to both men and women that when you overdo the fillers and plastic surgeries, you end up looking masculine (if you're a woman) and feminine (if you're a man). Simon is so over-filled in the mid-face area that he literally looks like a chipmunk.

He needs to have some of the fleshiness removed from his nose.

Didn’t he used to have a huge crease between his brows? That was totally gone. But unfortunately it impacted his nose, eyes and overall altered his looks.

Garish chompers, (look like cheap dentures), WAY too much filler, and possibly a bad eye lift. I had suspected the blephoroplasty before the weight loss, having had a really good look at him up close several months ago. Many eye jobs except lower blepheroplasty, cause the eye to appear smaller and more round in shape. IMHO men should never monkey with the upper eye, brow-lifts, and the like. He may have had a fat reduction treatment to his lower jaw and chin...such as Kybella. Simon Cowell has always had "doll hair" too. This new cut is actually a slight improvement. I'm not quite sure if the nose was monkeyed with too, or just a different perspective in the pic? It does look different...

I'd never thought I'd say this, but his teeth are actually SO bad that they are somehow the worst offenders in this plastic surgery face? Usually it's a horror face and some overdone teeth, but for Simon Cowell it's TEETH and only afterwards you really pay attention to the rest of the face. At least in the car pictures, where he looks slightly better than in OPs photo.

In order to put on veneers, you have to file down quite a bit of the underlying tooth (that's my understanding). Plus, veneers last between 7 and 15 years, so you need to have them re-done. I don't understand why these mega-rich people don't use Invisalign.

In truth he looks at least 10 years younger. The teeth are too big but whatever else he had done is excellent work.

R89 Simon, is that you? No for real, he doesn't look like 59, but it's not excellent work. The teeth are horrible, sure, but also the fillers are just too much. I don't know why they always go overboard with the fillers, a little goes a long way. You're supposed to look somewhat refreshed with the fillers, not pump everything up until the wrinkles are completely gone.

Here's a photo of Simon through the years, and you can see just how much better his face looked in 2011. If he'd have the fillers dissolved and maybe some gentle gold thread facelift, he'd look great for his age. Especially if he get some natural looking veneers.

He doesn't look like that 2018 photo though. Internet shoppers. He looks much better (and thinner) than that now. I don't find him attractive, ever. But the bitch looks good for male cosmetic work.

We stayed at a plush Beverly Hills hotel over Labor Day weekend. The people watching was worth the room rate and I did not see one bit of ‘work’ that wasn’t hideous. The saddest was the ass implants on the escort with the Arab business man and the young women who were already full of fillers. You wonder what they will look like in 10 years when they’re still relatively young. The older people all looked just ridiculous. One thing that stood out was that the women over 45 are still stick thin and look terrible for it.
