Any DLers been to Bratislava? Especially in the last 10 years?

Slovakia is a conservative catholic shithole. I'd only go there to check the old town and the other sights. The gay life is pretty unimpressive. Don't spend too much time there. Prague and Budapest have much more to offer.

I took the train from Budapest to Prague and stepped off it in Bratislava, just so I could say I was there. So, I had a nice time, two thumbs up.

The current mayor is very cool and is trying to make the city happen. I don't know how much luck he's having but you could start a trend.

In Bratislava all seems to breath freedom and peace, and to make one forget the world and its sad turmoils.

It’s a great place. There is a lot of great things to see and do. As far as gay stuff goes, a gay bar is a gay bar. It’s the same old shit. I do not understand why someone goes anywhere just for gay stuff. It just seems so limiting. The man goes up the other man. Big deal. A dick is a dick is a dick.

My girlfriend is currently living there for a few months. I still haven't visited yet but she likes it.
