Biggest reason is that he wrecked his looks with terrible plastic surgery.
Second reason is the same as for all jobs - people don't want to hire or work with whiny and difficult people. He's simply not all that talented as an actor, lacks an real charm or charisma, and is not worth the amount of work it would be to hire him.
