I generally only like contemporary architecture, but I'm finding Cape Dutch to be charming. Any fans?
I quite like it. I always feel like it's a Dutch take on Spanish Colonial Revival architecture even if that's not true at all. So basically just stick a Dutch gable and a thatched roof on a white Spanish style mansion and you've basically got a Cape Dutch mansion.

They look like Ikean missions.

My favorite of all architecture styles. The wine country outside Capetown is gorgeous and the architecture is just beautiful.

I like it. It's make me smile. I like the white with the dark green borders. Sort of Adirondack in style too.
