This fabulous woman just goes from strength to strength.
Kamala dancing at Pride in a rainbow vest

[quote]This gun-toting, supporter of bigots just goes from pander to pander.
Fixed.

She’ll throw us under the bus whenever it is convenient for her.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | July 1, 2019 11:49 AM |
So would any other politician running for President, but she's from the San Fran area, I'm sure she's been supporting us a lot longer than many other people in this Primary.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | July 1, 2019 12:28 PM |
She personally performed the wedding of Kris Perry and Sandy Stier, the female couple in the Hollingsworth suit. If you've ever watched the Case Against 8 documentary, there's great footage of her, in transit from Sacramento to San Francisco to do it, where she's on the phone with the LA County Clerk, who was confused about what to do with the male couple, Paul Katami and Jeff Zarrillo, when they showed up for a marriage license.
She firmly told the woman to shut the fuck up and do what she said.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | July 1, 2019 12:40 PM |
She's not even African American.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | July 1, 2019 12:48 PM |
Was her sugar daddy, Willie Brown, there?
by Anonymous | reply 6 | July 1, 2019 1:11 PM |
Those dance moves suggest she is definitely, positively, without doubt NOT black.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | July 1, 2019 1:40 PM |
[quote] She firmly told the woman to shut the fuck up and do what she said.
I'm sure that's the language she used.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | July 1, 2019 1:43 PM |
I'm just blocking anyone suggesting she's not black, whether they're joking or not
Fake news bullshit.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | July 1, 2019 1:44 PM |
r5 is technically correct, but if he means AA as in a descendent of a slave, then no she isn't. Black voters know this, just like they knew it for Obama. She still gets treated as a biracial woman when she walks down the street, so the experiences are in many ways the same. As Biden proves, black American's aren't hung up on the race of candidate, we want to know who has history of helping us. Same think can be said for every other group in America.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | July 1, 2019 1:54 PM |
[quote]I'm sure that's the language she used.
Of course that's not what she actually said. It was, however, exactly what she conveyed.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | July 1, 2019 2:34 PM |
Lol R9.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | July 1, 2019 2:56 PM |
This thread has been good for adding people to my ignore list. Can tell Kamala is the new figure for attack of the moment, all these Trump juniors descending to repeat the right wing talking points.
Ugh, the election season trolling always the worst.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | July 1, 2019 3:00 PM |
Any critique on her dance moves?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | July 1, 2019 3:02 PM |
Kamala tries hot sauce when seeing black people:
by Anonymous | reply 16 | July 1, 2019 11:27 PM |
She reminds me so much of late life Garland there...
by Anonymous | reply 17 | July 1, 2019 11:28 PM |
Was she listening to Frank Ocean and Lady Gaga along with Tupac in the 1980s?
by Anonymous | reply 18 | July 1, 2019 11:32 PM |
I would be happy if she were to become our president. There is just something that feels put on as with most politicians. That's why someone like Pete appeals to me. I think he is the most, what you see is what you get. And what I see is impressive and seems sincere.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | July 1, 2019 11:36 PM |
I panda bear suit would have been more appropriate.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | July 1, 2019 11:50 PM |
R19, I didn’t like Pete, but now I do. And I used to like Kamala and now I don’t. Funny how that works.
I absolutely love the videos of the candidates putting on their Ebonics accents when addressing black crowds. Does that WORK? I’d like to believe people are smarter than that, and know when they’re being talked down to, but maybe not.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | July 1, 2019 11:50 PM |
of course the usual suspects on DL are hating on a black politician and add in female that makes them hate harder.
disgusting bigots you don't own this board
Kamala is amazing and she's doing great in the polls now so go fuck yourselves as no one else wants to
by Anonymous | reply 22 | July 1, 2019 11:55 PM |
I really like her when she lets her guard down - she otherwise comes across too stiff.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | July 1, 2019 11:58 PM |
I guess to concern trolls anyone caring about a group of people to which they don't themselves belong is "pandering." That's a very...Putinesque point of view. Split everyone apart so the MAJORITY of our country can't throw out the orange traitor occupying the White House.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | July 2, 2019 12:31 AM |
I have a suggestion for those who support Kamala Harris: show her the respect she's due and don't refer to her by her first name only, as if she were a child or a puppy.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | July 2, 2019 12:38 AM |
r25 Erm, what now? We routinely use Hillary, Bernie, Pete, Tulsi, Beto, and Marianne (though that last one is split right down the middle).
It has nothing to do with respect; some words just flow better in people's minds and mouths and/or are more recognizable than the surnames, and that's why they prefer them. It's also about branding - "Kamala" packs a bigger punch than "Harris". It just does.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | July 2, 2019 1:11 AM |
MARY r25!
This is really not a hill you should die on. "OMG, how dare people online refer to politicians by their first name!!"
by Anonymous | reply 27 | July 2, 2019 1:16 AM |
It's the same shit as that fight around the terminology for concentration camps a few weeks ago. It's a distraction from debating actual issues, nothing else.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | July 2, 2019 1:20 AM |
She dances like she wants to speak to the manager.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | July 2, 2019 1:25 AM |
R28, That's just the over invested, nursing their dame fetish.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | July 2, 2019 1:25 AM |
So, anyone who thinks she is not the best candidate or believes she's not what she presents is a racist anti-female? Very Trumpian, Harris suporters.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | July 2, 2019 1:28 AM |
Kamala Harris has more baggage than an American Tourister factory.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | July 2, 2019 1:39 AM |
Everyone has baggage when you dig deep enough. Even someone non-divisive like Inslee, I'm sure. And if you spin that baggage well enough, even the smallest things can become hugely embarrassing. Though all those rapes didn't stop Trump, so... who the fuck knows anymore.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | July 2, 2019 1:45 AM |
R33, Trump was already the nominee when his worst allegations surfaced. Kamala has a number of others to buck to even become the nominee. Do the Dems really want to risk running another woman candidate against Trump?
by Anonymous | reply 35 | July 2, 2019 5:56 AM |
Kamala was caught parroting the now dominant and still false "Trans Women of Culluh started Stonewall!" bullshit this week. Ugh, can't straight people use Google or hire someone over twenty-five to look into this shut?
by Anonymous | reply 36 | July 2, 2019 7:15 AM |
R31 that's because her supporters are mainly SJWs (far left),and the SJWs are the left's equivalent of the right's Tumpsters (far right). Both extremes think in black-and-white terms.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | July 2, 2019 7:26 AM |
Russian bitch trolls came out dancing to the USSR anthem today. Next in the homophobic float will be QAnon fugtards. Be prepared, people.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | July 2, 2019 7:31 AM |
I hope that when she defeats Trump on election night 2020, she'll dance onstage to deliver her victory speech.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | July 3, 2019 3:46 AM |
That geschmatt is HIDEOUS
by Anonymous | reply 41 | July 3, 2019 3:59 AM |
There must be something terribly wrong with me. Biden, Warren and Petey all have more smarts, presence and charisma than this broad.
I will, of course, be voting for her if it comes down to her versus The Orange-utan, but geez . . .
by Anonymous | reply 42 | July 3, 2019 4:27 AM |
r5, White people are fkin PRESSED. PRESSED. Her black Jamaican father immigrated to this country. Them black folks in Jamaica didn't row their boats across the Atlantic. They came there as SLAVES. FALL THE FUCK BACK. Her mom is a dark skin Indian and her dad is afro, like 98% of all Jamaicans.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | July 3, 2019 4:40 AM |
R43, Aren't you aware that Kamala Harris' ancestors owned at least 100 slaves in Jamaica? It's been researched and their are valid records. Would Ms Harris be willing to pay their descendants reparations out of her own pocket?
by Anonymous | reply 44 | July 3, 2019 7:15 AM |
WE love Kamala. So glad that she will be the next president of the U.S. She's a little conservative for my tastes, but Kamala is our Queen.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | July 3, 2019 7:22 AM |
Yas Queen! Get it, girl!
by Anonymous | reply 46 | July 3, 2019 7:56 AM |
At least it’s not as bad as Elaine and her thumb dance.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | July 3, 2019 8:04 AM |
R37, you have her mixed up with Granny Warren, who will give away anything if you'll vote for her.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | July 3, 2019 8:45 AM |
Will black people still vote for Kamala if she picks buttigieg as her VP? Homophobia is strong against him yet they want racial justice. Things that make you go hmmmm.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | July 3, 2019 9:06 AM |
r44, I'm sure my Irish ancestors owned slaves too. Including my black descendants of which we all share the same surname. WTF is your point?
by Anonymous | reply 50 | July 3, 2019 8:03 PM |
Of course black folks will vote for Kamala if Pete's the VP nominee, R49. Maybe you should ask white men and white women whether they'll stop being ridiculous and vote against Trump, unlike last time.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | July 5, 2019 9:52 AM |
I know know about that R51, a huge percentage of the black vote stayed home the last time instead of voting for Hillary. They let Trump win. There was a huge drop in actual voting compared to when Obama ran for president. What good is it if they say they like Kamala but don't bother to vote like the did the last time because they hate Buttigieg for being gay.
Again, I will point out, there is no way Buttigieg did anything on the level of Trump and yet he ranked ZERO votes from the last survey from the black community. The only explanation is the vast amount of homophobia in the black community that still exists behind closed doors.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | July 5, 2019 10:05 AM |
r52 The blacks who stayed home are less responsible for this mess than all those white women who actively voted for Trump when the first female candidate was on the ballot. Sorry but it's true.
[quote]Again, I will point out, there is no way Buttigieg did anything on the level of Trump and yet he ranked ZERO votes from the last survey from the black community. The only explanation is the vast amount of homophobia in the black community that still exists behind closed doors.
No, the only explanation is that he's a new name in the field. But he has the money to grow now.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | July 5, 2019 11:58 AM |
There are eight times as many white as black people in the US and blacks voted 90-10 for Hillary, but "they let Trump win."
No, white people (especially white men) let Trump win. Mostly because they're racist fools
by Anonymous | reply 54 | July 5, 2019 12:57 PM |
I wanted a Biden Harris ticket but that will never happen now.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | July 5, 2019 8:42 PM |
Black immigrants are different from black Americans. Very different.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | July 6, 2019 2:52 AM |
She can't dance for shit.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | July 6, 2019 3:21 AM |
Sorry R53, Black people know who Mayor Pete is, stop making excuses for their homophobia. They give him zero votes because they are homophobes. Not the first time that happened. Again, I will remind you black people voted to take away gay marriage in California not too long ago before the supreme court overruled them.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | July 9, 2019 9:28 AM |
Kamala has always supported gay rights. Also, she's always been black.
Too much swiftboat bullshit in this thread and elsewhere.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | July 13, 2019 12:22 AM |
Tulsi is probably the only candidate who didn't support gay rights in recent history, so that's not exactly an achievement on Kamala's part.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | July 13, 2019 12:26 AM |
Blocking the thread poster - shit stirring troll.
by Anonymous | reply 61 | July 13, 2019 12:27 AM |
I'm black, gay, and attended an Ivy League school and don't really support Mayor Pete. I don't see why I should. He hasn't done anything worthy of my vote.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | July 13, 2019 1:20 AM |
R62, What if he presented you hole?
by Anonymous | reply 63 | July 13, 2019 1:22 AM |
[quote]The only explanation is the vast amount of homophobia in the black community that still exists behind closed doors.
Do you even know any white people?
by Anonymous | reply 64 | July 13, 2019 1:23 AM |
R63 He's not attractive at all, so I wouldn't care.
by Anonymous | reply 65 | July 13, 2019 1:27 AM |
I'm also a black gay man and I don't support Kamala. I don't see why I should. She hasn't done anything worthy of my vote.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | July 13, 2019 1:27 AM |
R66 I don't support Kamala either. The Democratic party is in crisis.
by Anonymous | reply 67 | July 13, 2019 1:30 AM |
Anyone else heard that Michelle Obama is being quietly, yet strongly, pressured to enter the race?
by Anonymous | reply 68 | July 13, 2019 1:35 AM |
Mayor Willie Brown wrote in print that he thinks Kamala would return the vest to the store after she wore it. He's saying she is insincere, cheap, gross, and not all that gay-friendly. He knows that she's a snake in the grass with a record to run from.
by Anonymous | reply 69 | July 13, 2019 3:10 AM |
Kamala should wear the rainbow vest to the next debate. Might as well try to shake something up; her campaign is flagging.
