Married, but extraordinary. I searched his name on The DL and nothing came up. He's extraordinary.
Extraordinarily gay.

Cute, and great voice - not sure I'd call it extraordinary
by Anonymous | reply 2 | June 16, 2019 12:27 AM |
I thought you were talking about this Jeremy Jordan...
by Anonymous | reply 3 | June 16, 2019 12:28 AM |
A lot better than yours, R2.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | June 16, 2019 12:50 AM |
Hes good, but those back up girls are tragic. Hes totally adorable to boot, someone is a lucky man.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | June 16, 2019 12:53 AM |
No, we are not, R3
by Anonymous | reply 6 | June 16, 2019 12:58 AM |
He's totally straight, he's married to a woman !
by Anonymous | reply 7 | June 16, 2019 12:58 AM |
Average.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | June 16, 2019 1:01 AM |
I should have clarified. Thanks for doing so R7
by Anonymous | reply 9 | June 16, 2019 1:17 AM |
R2 seems to think ordinary people sing like this all the time.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | June 16, 2019 1:19 AM |
He's also very nice. I run into him and his wife all over NYC.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | June 16, 2019 2:07 AM |
A couple of years ago his Twitter and Facebook feeds were asking for help to get his female cousin out of a gay conversion therapy program where she had been committed by her parents. I think money was needed for legal fees and his cousin was eventually emancipated from her parents.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | June 16, 2019 2:43 AM |
Are you stalking him, R11?
by Anonymous | reply 13 | June 16, 2019 3:27 AM |
R3 that Jeremy was so cute and his story was so sad . I wonder where he is now.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | June 16, 2019 4:12 AM |
Cute and straight
by Anonymous | reply 15 | June 16, 2019 4:15 AM |
He's adorable. I've seen him onstage several times, and met him at a swanky benefit. He's a total theatre nerd, just like the adorable straight guys in my college theatre department who we all wanted to be gay.
'Supergirl' sucks without him.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | June 16, 2019 4:29 AM |
R14, was he manhandled by Lou Pearlman types?
by Anonymous | reply 17 | June 16, 2019 4:57 AM |
Hi Jeremy!
by Anonymous | reply 18 | June 16, 2019 5:03 AM |
I like that film where he took cock from Chad Hunt, Josh Weston and Jack Ryan.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | June 16, 2019 5:12 AM |
That was pretty good. Celine Dion's songs are not easy. And clearly he knows how to present it. Well done!

Jeremy Jordan is married to Sheridan Crane?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | June 16, 2019 6:46 AM |
Yup, He is an exceptional male singer...and funny to boot
by Anonymous | reply 25 | June 16, 2019 6:49 AM |
He loves to sing like a girl. He's cute. We've all met him in NYC. He's quite funny too. Go to 54 below. Between him and Bianco it's nothing but DIVA cover songs. All the damn time.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | June 16, 2019 6:53 AM |
I think he's a hugely talented singer, and very handsome. I am very jealous.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | June 16, 2019 6:57 AM |
This is from when he did the Rock of Ages calendar, your welcome.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | June 16, 2019 6:57 AM |
It’s overwrought, but this is my favorite song of his from Smash. Apparently he was deathly ill the day they filmed this.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | June 16, 2019 7:04 AM |
With the wife. He's a goofball. Very cute with a pretty generic BW voice.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | June 16, 2019 7:10 AM |
He was great in that movie musical with Anna Kendrick,The Last five Years. I bet no one ever saw the movie but me.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | June 16, 2019 11:45 AM |
I don't know why, but when I saw him on "Smash," I nicknamed him "Feral Boy." I do think that he's gotten better looking with age.

A good performance undermined by the bored frau offkey backup singers.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | June 16, 2019 1:51 PM |

R35 I don't think he spearheaded the Just Say No campaign.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | June 16, 2019 2:10 PM |
R31 Nope, I bought it VOD when it came out on Valentine’s Day. I loved how they opened up this song with the biking. And JJ as a sexy Jew boy, I’m there for that.

He has a BEAUTIFUL voice, so smooth and easy -- without any of that Broadway screech -- singing here at the memorial for Jerry Herman.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | February 6, 2020 7:49 AM |
who?
by Anonymous | reply 44 | February 6, 2020 7:53 AM |
Jeremy has plenty of what you call "screech" r43. But in the Jerry Herman song, he uses his head voice instead of belting. And the song is only an octave and 2 tones, so not very challenging. He sang it ok, but he's no Matt Bomer. (that's a joke) Did you listen to Jeremy's version of Celine and other DIVA songs? He has Broadway Screech. Given what passes for talent, he's adorable. Not a bad voice and very cute. I would call him more ancillary than extraordinary. Come to NYC and see him when he's at 54 Below. He's fun and parts of his voice are beautiful. He's very popular there, you'll need to purchase months in advance. But you might be able to scalp a Valentine's Day ticket.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | February 6, 2020 8:00 AM |
Matt doesn't screech either, he barely registers.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | February 6, 2020 8:03 AM |
R45, so much jealousy in show business.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | February 6, 2020 8:07 AM |
He's 35, not 45.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | February 6, 2020 8:08 AM |
Jeremy is always singing the girl songs. He has a new vocal coach so is singing in rounder, less harsh tones now. Honestly that's true. You can see his projection comes from the diaphragm now and he's not scratching and screeching from his throat as much as before. But he still leaves me cold. And most casting agents and producers too. Trust me I'm not jealous of Jeremy Jordan R47. What is he if not a Broadway performer? An off Broadway performer who can't get cast. His voice and performance style are better suite to a cruise ship or Disneyland. He's popular in small pricey cabarets of NYC. That and one off benefits are pretty much where he stays.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | February 6, 2020 8:13 AM |
Goddamn I hate musical theatre and showboat singing.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | February 6, 2020 8:17 AM |
His Disney Princess Medley, from a Disney Magic Cruise Ship. I get it, he's cute and he sings chick songs well. But he's got nothing special going on as a performer. Kind of cheesy. He's better with alcohol. Go to 54 below, R43. He always sings Celine and Total Eclipse of the Heart. He'll throw in a princess or two and maybe I Have Dreamed, if you request it.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | February 6, 2020 8:31 AM |
Something tells me you've never heard an extraordinary male singer before R52. Your crush is harmless tho. Enjoy yourself.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | February 6, 2020 8:37 AM |
Why did he quit a network show to go sing in a basement and a cruise ship?
by Anonymous | reply 54 | February 6, 2020 8:49 AM |
There are few male singers who can sing his genre as well as Jeremy does. Extraordinary.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | February 6, 2020 8:53 AM |
Has he ever gone naked?
by Anonymous | reply 56 | February 6, 2020 8:57 AM |
He's a tenor. Who sings chick songs transposed to his key. What's his genre?
by Anonymous | reply 57 | February 6, 2020 8:57 AM |
The Jeremy Jordan who did 21 films for Falcon Studios was naked in all of them. He also worked at Jocks, Mustang, Colt, etc. etc. etc.

Mediocre singer with an over the top insufferable "theatrical" persona. I'm sure he's "on" all the time!

R69, Sure it wasn’t the other Jeremy Jordan?
by Anonymous | reply 72 | February 6, 2020 7:23 PM |
He was in "American Son" with Kerry Washington on Netflix.
It was the stagiest movie I have ever seen.
And Washington, as usual, played every line like it was for the back row of the theater across the street.
In comparison, he was pretty good, given it was such a bad movie.
by Anonymous | reply 73 | February 6, 2020 7:48 PM |
Duh. Already posted R67.

by Anonymous | reply 87 | February 7, 2020 6:07 AM |
Will the real Jeremy Jordan please stand up?
by Anonymous | reply 89 | February 7, 2020 11:20 AM |
Painfully uninteresting, like most broadway stars. Call me when he does Broadway Bares, then we'll talk.
by Anonymous | reply 90 | February 7, 2020 11:27 AM |
He has a nice voice, but he's very much cut from the same beige cloth as many Broadway performers have been cut from over the past 10-15 years. He's bland and probably couldn't carry a show very well.
Seriously, where are our Robert Prestons, Nathan Lanes, and Ethel Mermans? You used to know that, even if the show sucked, they'd at least be entertaining and fun to watch. This new crop of talent are all technically proficient, but they blend into the scenery.
by Anonymous | reply 92 | February 9, 2020 8:43 PM |
Oh puleaze R92, Robert Preston would be completely forgotten if he hadn't had that ONE hit, The Music Man.
by Anonymous | reply 93 | February 10, 2020 2:35 AM |

Have we heard him singing in any Disney films? He'd be a natural for an animated male character.
by Anonymous | reply 96 | February 15, 2020 11:58 PM |
I went to see Jeremy Jordan at 54/Below recently. He definitely has a great voice, but the show was odd. He framed the show as a video diary to his baby daughter (yes, I know) and he tells stories about his life. He interacted very little with the audience. The stories were mostly sad (abusive step dad, etc) until he talked about how he got screwed over by the Greatest Showman composers and Hugh Jackman. That was surprising but entertaining at least.
by Anonymous | reply 97 | February 28, 2020 9:14 PM |

Jeremy Jordan sand the lead on the demo when they were trying to get money for the show.
Was he promised a role in the movie?
by Anonymous | reply 100 | February 28, 2020 9:43 PM |
[quote] Have we heard him singing in any Disney films? He'd be a natural for an animated male character.
He is the voice of Varian in Disney's Tangled: The TV Series which has the occasional special musical episode.
by Anonymous | reply 101 | February 28, 2020 9:58 PM |
I don't remember all of the details, but here are some highlights from his side of the story:
- He was doing the composers a favor since they were friends. - He had to buy his own plane ticket (!) to fly from California to New York for the demo. - He got sick and lost his voice. But he took steroids to sing, because he was the only person who knew the songs (I'm not sure how that's possible but that's his story). - Hugh Jackman had nose surgery, so Jeremy had to sing both lead parts at the last minute. - Jeremy was really excited to be the hero of the demo. Until the Hugh Jackman got his voice back on the last song and got all of the applause (there's a Youtube video showing this). - At the end of the demo session, Hugh said that he was talking to Zac Efron and Jeremy was crushed. Apparently, he thought the role was his. - Honestly, I was surprised that he would tell a story where he came across so stupid and naive.
by Anonymous | reply 102 | February 28, 2020 10:05 PM |
It doesn't seem so stupid to think he would get the role if he was friends with the composers and they had asked him to help develop it and sell the project.

[quote]Jeremy Jordan and his wife.

by Anonymous | reply 104 | February 28, 2020 10:17 PM |
It's a movie by a major studio. There is far too much money involved. The composers don't have any say in the casting. And no movie executive is going to cast a Broadway actor when they can cast an actual movie star. Personally, I think Jeremy is a better actor and singer than Zac Efron but there is no denying that Zac sells a lot more tickets.
by Anonymous | reply 105 | February 28, 2020 10:29 PM |
Jeremy Jordan is extraordinarily talented. I hope he soon has a great big hit on Broadway. He's outstanding no matter where he sings...cruise ships, TV, movies, 54 Below or on the Broadway stage. He is a talent who everyone should know.
by Anonymous | reply 106 | February 28, 2020 10:51 PM |
R102 Was it maybe because Zac was willing to suck Hugh’s dick and Jeremy, being straight, didn’t?
by Anonymous | reply 107 | February 28, 2020 10:54 PM |
Zac is a MUCH bigger name.
Zac is a movie star, something Jeremy would never be accused of.
