I think her biggest issue is her asymmetrical face. One eye is larger than the other, but that might become less noticeable if she lost weight. Also, if she lost weight, it would eliminate that fullness near her lower jaw. Losing weight would probably solve many of her aesthetic issues.

The other issue is that she pings really hard to me, but she keeps forcing herself into feminine dresses. Even if she is straight, she has a masculine energy, and she'd look better in a suit that has a feminine cut. I think that she could be gay and has probably suppressed it because her very publicly religious family. She might not even realize she's gay; in another 10 years, she'll find herself obsessed with a female coworker or neighbor and start posting on askjoanne.net.
