R38 where is the incision if it's not around the ears? Are you talking about a midface lift? There are some with incisions in the scalp (endotine) and the eye, but they've lost popularity. Meg Ryan's face is the result of a midface lift.

There are a couple of surgeons who do laproscopic neck lifts with the incision below the chin.... though the complication / revision rate is a lot higher.

UM... she posts on IG every single day. If she had a facelift, she wouldn't be posting for at LEAST a month, plus, she would be swollen as hell especially around the neck and cheeks. She probably got some fillers (SHOCKING) but she's also been losing weight steadily since W & G came back, and I think she's looking good.
