Central Asia has some beautiful mountains. But central Asians live there.

I don't know if it's beautiful, but the Door to Hell in Turkmenistan is certainly stricking

Oops, thanks for the correction, R21

I've living in Arizona for 57 years R24 and had never heard of it. I looked it up to see if maybe it could be a day trip. It is a little over 800 miles from Phoenix so I don't think a day trip would be feasible.

Is R31 this year’s California wildflower bloom?
by Anonymous | reply 39 | April 19, 2019 11:32 PM |
R39 and R33, that was this spring's superbloom in the Carrizo Plain, which is THE absolute middle of fucking nowhere, somewhere Bakersfield and the ocean.
I had two days free so I had to drive six hours to get there and an hour and a half to the nearest decent hotel to stay overnight, and it was fucking worth it.

I often imagine how beautiful the world would be without humans destroying it. This thread just confirms it.

r13 I don't think a plantation qualifies as a "natural landscape."

I love this place. Cloudland Canyon Park in Georgia (the state)

I like this thread, OP.
Just sparked up a fattie joint, and enjoying the natural beauty!
