OP here. Loved it in the 90's and am now re-watching it on Amazon prime. Surprised by how well it holds up. Beats the hell out of Little House on the Prairie.

My late brother's stepson & the stepson's wife worked as extras on one episode of "Dr. Quinn. Medicine Woman", they said that Jane Seymour is a very nice person, she was friendly towards everyone on the set.

Doesn't surprise me, r10. There was a behind the scenes video of a little girl with cancer whose dying wish was to visit the Dr. Quinn set. Seymour went way beyond what you would expect to be kind to her, inviting her back multiple times. The girl eventually appeared as an extra on the show, seated in the front row at Mike and Sully's wedding. The girl's family couldn't say enough nice things about Seymour.

Watching Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, helped me through a hard time of my life. It's nice to hear that Jane Seymour was a nice person in real life. Lots of interesting male characters. Hank had amazing hair.

They're still cute enough. Seymour is tiny in real life, by the way. She's a "lollipop person" -- large head, tiny body. The camera loves them.
