He really should have been born a homosexual.
But I bet that didn't stop Rock from at least trying

I used to jerk off to OP's ad when I was a budding adolescent.

He was nice to Rock Hudson but didnt put out to get the job as co star on the tv series, according to several of the biographies . They were friends. Rock Interacted with Scalia strictly as friends from the bios I read...........Rock had a certain MO and it was much different for tricks versus friends of which he had a huge number of both.
Scalia for me had too much body hair and he was too new Jersey, but a nice guy........

[quote]he was too new Jersey
Born in Brooklyn. Grew up in LI.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | March 25, 2019 5:10 AM |
Isn't Scalia rumored to be gay? I've always thought he's one of those sure things like Vin Diesel and Hugh Jackman.

Extreme right winger. Haven't heard from him in years but wouldn't doubt he's a total Trumpkin.

and n ow it's a Trump thread.

When I was just a baby gay, my best friend was hooking up with him in NYC. (Friend is a guy, this was maybe back in the late 70s, early 80s)
by Anonymous | reply 15 | March 25, 2019 10:53 AM |
I worked w him when he was on AMC. Not a bad guy, but very right wing. Even then.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | March 25, 2019 11:22 AM |
Why was he right-wing, R16?
Was he wary of the government taking his hard-earned taxes to pay for trashy no-hopers?

"he was too new Jersey."
"Born in Brooklyn. Grew up in LI."
Same difference.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | March 25, 2019 11:59 AM |
Not if you grew up in New Jersey. Or Brooklyn. Long Island I'll grant you.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | March 25, 2019 12:02 PM |
Rock was a sizemologist and would not be interested in tinymeat Scalia.

A friend’s wife dated him briefly in the early-ish 80s. She was just out of college, gorgeous, buxom, and from a very rich NYC family. He was a number of years older and already well known.
She refused to tell me anything about their encounters despite a lot of probing on my part.

I forgot about him. Total mismatch for Erica, but largely because they were all over the place with his character. It was like they wanted a big name and then tried to develop the character after he was hired and then tried to force this great love match without letting it develop in any natural way.
Years before that - as a kid he was someone I was drawn to when I would see him on TV without exactly knowing why.

So girly man-panties were a thing even then, and marketed as "sexy" when they weren't.

I used to stand at bus stops in NY to look at His Eminence, as I called him, pretending I was waiting for the bus.

His looks went downhill once he got on the Court. Pity.

Yeah the body hair is gross and a total deal breaker for me too. Plus that five o'clock shadow is way too prominent for my tastes. Ick.

R18 not really, North Jersey is very New York but South Jersey is very Philadelphia
It's a divided state

I forgot the show he was the main star in. I loved that show when I was a kid. They quickly took the show off the air and it pissed me off. I was just in awe of his super good looks. BTW, he was once interviewed by Cristina Ferrare and he said to her, hey remember the days of Studio 54? those were wild fun times. He said he was a regular at Studio 54 so most likely he was pretty wild when he was younger.

R31, I assume you're talking about Hollywood Beat? I was a huge fan as well, especially since I was in my early teens and I found both him and his parter super sexy. The show also had a femme bear bartender as a regular which seemed a bit weird at the time since he was portrayed as a very likable character. Homophobia was a norm at the time on tv and film so seeing an openly gay character in a cop show was great. BTW, I was bullied at the time for being a girly boy so I remember having mixed feelings about the character since at the same time he made me feel embarrassed and proud.
They only made 14 episodes of the show which sounds crazy because it feels I watched it way longer. I thought they made at least three seasons but no.
