A real example of a plain girl with talent who was able to crack it...and she could do funny.
Haven't seen or heard of her in years.
I guess she's doing crappy TV now, like so many actors of her caliber and era.

She has a Conner Jessup connection in that she was in American Crime, Season Two. That whole season was impeccably cast- Jessup, Lily Taylor, Regina King, T. Hutton, etc. And a pre-crime Felicity Huffman.

She was on Wayward Pines which was pretty good the first season but then fell apart and was cancelled. Looks like she is on some other TV show nowadays

She was great on Wayward Pines and is awesome on For the People. Love her a lot, and obviously she still works all the time, OP.
How could you not have watched Wayward Pines and American Crime? Why aren’t you watching For the People now? It’s Shonda.

She has had a very consistent career. It may not be exactly the career she wanted but she is working and would be financially pretty secure I would say as long as she has been smart.
