Female Yale Undergrads: It’s Gender Discrimination to Not Be Allowed into Fraternities
Three female Yale undergrads are hoping to sue all-male fraternities out of existence, accusing their university of violating their rights in multiple areas by continuing to allow discriminatory groups to exist.
Daniel H. Schneider of Schneider Law Firm, LLC filed the lawsuit on behalf of Anna McNeil, Eliana Singer, and Ry Walker, all of whom are female Yale undergrads who claim to have all been “groped at fraternity parties during their first semesters at Yale.”
The women claim that they are denied opportunities due to their gender and that sororities do little to solve gender inequality they face.
“Women and non-binary students at Yale are excluded from these social and economic privileges of fraternity membership solely because of their gender,” the lawsuit says. “The presence of Yale’s sororities does not alleviate this disparity. ‘Separate but equal’ Greek life reinforces gender norms, stereotypes, and prejudices.”
“Sex segregation can hinder cross-gender relationships, facilitate the objectification of people of other genders, and normalize sexual assault. Greek life, with its binary assumptions, also largely excludes non-binary students,” they continue, counting the ways fraternities and sororities are treated differently.

Here's the New York Times article which has a PDF of the lawsuit. The NYT article would lead you to believe they are suing because they were groped but if you read the actual lawsuit its because the fraternities aren't admitting women. If you look at the list of plaintiffs, they are literally suing every fraternity at Yale.

[quote][R27] As it will, when men file lawsuits against sororities (if the lawsuit is successful which I don't think it will be)
Somehow, looking at those women, I seriously doubt that they are in a sorority. They are like immature little children who destroy stuff if they can't have it.
Exactly HOW are their opportunities curtailed by not being able to join a fraternity? And more pointedly, even if they were allowed to rush, the very fact they've chosen to sue tells me that they'd never get a bid irrespective of their genders because they are tedious and probably lack the basic social skills to interact with people.

Do you suppose the utter irony is lost on these women who attend YALE University, one of the most elite and exclusive universities in the world, they that are suing over missing out on "social and economic privileges" derived from membership?
[quote]Yale's Office of Undergraduate Admissions accepted 2,229 students or 6.31 percent of the 35,306 students who applied to Yale. This represents a decrease from last year's rate of 6.91 percent.

So tiresome. Women in the west are now a favored class. They now outnumber men in universities and employment.
Conversely, women are treated abysmally in the rest of the world (see female infanticide in Asia, FGM and other horrors.) THAT is where these extremely privileged Yalies should focus their efforts. But they won't, because racism and islamophobia and stuff. They prefer to see themselves as victims.

[Conversely, women are treated abysmally in the rest of the world (see female infanticide in Asia, FGM and other horrors]
No they’re not. Women are a favoured class almost everywhere. Female Infanticide is due to males being treated as workhorses and providers much more than women in those countries (one child policies really fucked things up). And if you think FGM is bad - yes it is - but so is MGM - male circumcision, as both cause a diminihsment of sensation.

Anyone with a functioning brain should have stood by Kavanaugh. Blasey Ford’s story was preposterous, lacking the slightest shred of credibility, and she was obviously a disturbed, lying fantasist (which should be obvious to anyone who isn’t a misandrist Feminazi). That was NOT a Weinstein / Cosby situation, regardless of whether you align politically with Kavanaugh or not.

I don’t give a shit what false “facts” you learned in your worthless, garbage Womyn’s Studies course, what you learned was false. The feminazied media and academia lie CONSTANTLY about the so called “oppression” of women throughout the world (while simultaneously silencing MRAs who tell the truth about this).
A typical story of female “victimization” the MSM trumpeted that was completely misleading was its coverage of Boko Haram. It was portrayed as a war against girls, when the actual truth was the exact opposite, they slaughtered hundreds of schoolboys but kidnapped the schoolgirls but still let them live. The objectively false feminazi narrative disseminated by the media, however, was that this was a war waged solely against girls. In other words, in typical self pitying and lying feminist fashion, they lied.
The truth - that boys, not girls, were the main victims of Boko Haram, can be seen here:

An op-ed was published in Yale University’s student newspaper on Thursday, suggesting that students collect and store evidence on white male classmates, so that it can be used to ruin political careers in the future.
“I’m watching you, white boy,” says author Isis Davis-Marks in an op-ed published in the Yale Daily News, who claims that she will save any evidence that she finds of white male classmates behaving badly — even if it’s “unintentional” — just in case she needs it to end a political career in the future.
“Everyone knows a white boy with shiny brown hair and a saccharine smile that conceals his great ambitions,” explains Davis-Marks in her op-ed, claiming that one day, she will turn on CNN to see that the “white boy” has become a “white man” sitting at his “Senate confirmation hearing.”

Goose, meet gander.
You don't go to Yale - male or female, white or not, rich or poor - without some expectation of great future success in your chosen field whether business, politics, acting or any other endeavor.
As history and current outrage prove, behaviors that are considered common or harmless today may be viewed with a very different and brutal lens in the future.
I hope these people don't believe their own actions, statements and behaviors won't come back to them in a like manner.

Ironically, Harvard made joining a single sex club or sorority a risky proposition .Under Harvard's first female President Drew Faust (no longer President and who has now joined the Board of Goldman Sachs) Harvard students who are members of such clubs are barred from becoming leaders of campus groups, captains of sports teams, and are incapable of receiving any endorsement of prestigious fellowships (think Rhodes scholars or Marshall scholars). Two lawsuit have recently been filed against Harvard for this - one in federal and one in state court.

As they got into their mid-late 20s, they all married conservative rich white men and now they never talk about politics.
In their early 20s, they hate rich white men but when the world whoops their butt, that’s who they run to for protection. And of course they stop talking about politics because their old views would land them in divorce court.

There are thousands of liberal young women now attending and who have attended NYU, but YOU know what they ALL do when in their mid-to-late 20s. No graduate school for them! No professional careers, either. And OF COURSE all young liberal women at NYU are white, aren’t they? That’s why they marry rich while men, as you claim.
