Thoughts?

by Anonymousreply 102February 12, 2019 5:53 AM

He e is hot

by Anonymousreply 1February 1, 2019 2:34 PM

No he should stay where he is.

by Anonymousreply 2February 1, 2019 2:35 PM

The field is getting so crowded, the only way he can get any traction, is to go on MSNBC and present his hole for our consideration.

by Anonymousreply 3February 1, 2019 2:35 PM

Easy on the eyes and nice, packaged bod. Smart too.

by Anonymousreply 4February 1, 2019 2:36 PM

He'd be a good VP pick.

But if Harris is the nominee, there is no way they could have two Californians on the ticket.

by Anonymousreply 5February 1, 2019 2:37 PM

Looperdooper (or whatever his name is)

Buttigieg

Swalwell

The presidential race just keeps getting more amusing.

by Anonymousreply 6February 1, 2019 2:39 PM

Wonder if we'll have varsity and JV debates, like the Rs in 2016. And didn't that turn out well for them...

by Anonymousreply 7February 1, 2019 2:41 PM

OP and I are the only people in the country not running for president.

by Anonymousreply 8February 1, 2019 2:41 PM

I think Hickenlooper would be a good choice. If Biden isn't on the ticket, they need someone from the Mid- or Mountain West.

by Anonymousreply 9February 1, 2019 2:41 PM

R7 DNC has already said they will randomize debate participants. Which I think is the right choice

by Anonymousreply 10February 1, 2019 2:43 PM

Wintergreen for President.

by Anonymousreply 11February 1, 2019 2:43 PM

My thoughts? Won’t win nomination and knows it. Doing this as self promotion.

by Anonymousreply 12February 1, 2019 2:43 PM

Who?

by Anonymousreply 13February 1, 2019 2:45 PM

Who isn't running for president at this point?

by Anonymousreply 14February 1, 2019 2:45 PM

R14 Vivian Vance

by Anonymousreply 15February 1, 2019 2:46 PM

There is no need for him to run. Why do politicians all have such big heads? I wish the damn democrats would calm down and just do their jobs...what a bunch of stupid fuckheads! There is work to be done.

by Anonymousreply 16February 1, 2019 2:53 PM

r10, what is meant by "randomize debate particioants" in this definiton?

by Anonymousreply 17February 1, 2019 2:57 PM

R17 There will still be two debates, but not a junior debate and a front runner debate. The candidates will just draw lots to determine whether they are in debate 1 or 2.

No one paid attention to the junior debate in 2016 but now people will be incentivized to watch both and see all the candidates.

by Anonymousreply 18February 1, 2019 3:01 PM

For VP -- he's a good choice.

by Anonymousreply 19February 1, 2019 3:07 PM

Where has he stowed his bf?

by Anonymousreply 20February 1, 2019 3:31 PM

Swalwell is trying to improve his name recognition among Californians so he can run for Senator if Harris wins the presidency, or more likely, when Feinstein retires in 2024 (or dies in office)

by Anonymousreply 21February 1, 2019 5:00 PM

Xavier Becerra would get my vote for that senate seat over virtually anyone else. Bar none

by Anonymousreply 22February 1, 2019 5:03 PM

Yeah, no more kiddie tables for debates. They are already labled as losers, but a few may just not be well -known but could have good ideas or a potential to eventually be a frontrunner.

by Anonymousreply 23February 2, 2019 10:12 PM

Swalwell would make an excellent VP candidate attack dog.

by Anonymousreply 24February 2, 2019 10:18 PM

It's hopeless for him. The VP slot will be reserved for a person of color.

by Anonymousreply 25February 2, 2019 10:20 PM

zzzzzzzzzzzz

by Anonymousreply 26February 2, 2019 10:22 PM

Who’s the casting director?

by Anonymousreply 27February 2, 2019 10:32 PM

Told you he would run now that Booker will probably sink Kamala's bid and Garcetti was fooled by the DNC into dropping out of the race prematurely.

If he announces, he is a favorite to take Iowa (he was born in Iowa after all) and California. He doesn't need to perform well in NH, TX, or SC. He just needs to do well in Nevada and take California to be able to survive Supper Tuesday.

Beto must be licking his chops because Swalwell and Kamala could cancel each other out and open the door for him to take California and Texas. He will do well in Nevada and Oklahoma.

Hickenlooper and other Westerners must be ecstatic too now there is room for them.

by Anonymousreply 28February 2, 2019 10:34 PM

R28: Beto needs to stay in Texas, he's not ready for the national stage, truth be told, I don't think he'll ever be ready for the national stage.

I remain with Warren.

by Anonymousreply 29February 2, 2019 11:16 PM

R15, maybe not, but she is guaranteed to make a strong showing in a presidential poll on DL.

by Anonymousreply 30February 2, 2019 11:20 PM

[quote] I remain with Warren.

🤣🤣🤣🤣

by Anonymousreply 31February 3, 2019 2:47 AM

[quote]Thoughts?

Don’t.

Kamala will be the nominee, and her running mate will be a white male from the Midwest.

by Anonymousreply 32February 3, 2019 2:52 AM

He needs a new hairdo

by Anonymousreply 33February 3, 2019 3:02 AM

[quote]I remain with Warren.

The schedule doesn't favor her. Her only hope is to win NH and over perform in Nevada and South Carolina.

Booker will gut African American males from Kamala in Iowa and South Carolina. NH is hostile to women candidates so she doesn't need to worry about losing NH. In Nevada & Supper Tuesday her main rivals will be Beto and Swalwell.

Booker needs to win Iowa and NH in order to survive. He seems like the perfect spoiler that ruins someone's chance (Kamala) but quickly goes away after Super Tuesday. He has no Prayer of winning anything significant outside of Alabama.

Virginia and South Carolina seem like the two states that could shape the election because they are such question marks. We know Beto is a favorite to take Texas. We know Kamala and Eric Swalwell would be favorites to win California/Nevada.

by Anonymousreply 34February 3, 2019 4:15 AM

Eric has a new baby.

by Anonymousreply 35February 3, 2019 4:16 AM

Beto is not running.

by Anonymousreply 36February 3, 2019 4:17 AM

[quote]Beto is not running.

He is still very politically active.

by Anonymousreply 37February 3, 2019 4:22 AM

When is our next president Joe Biden going to get into the race?

by Anonymousreply 38February 3, 2019 4:39 AM

Biden is not running.

by Anonymousreply 39February 3, 2019 4:43 AM

R34: "NH is hostile to woman candidates" Yeah, that's why they have 2 female Senators, one of their 2 House members is a woman (it was both before this past election) and Hillary won the state primary in 2008 and 2016. Just shut up, you have no idea what you're talking about.

R31: Yes, it is funny that this guy is running for President when we have a qualified candidate who is actually talking about the economic issues that are most important.

R38: Hopefully never.

by Anonymousreply 40February 3, 2019 3:10 PM

His cleft chin is way off center, seriously by about 1/2" or more. I would still vote for him...

by Anonymousreply 41February 8, 2019 2:40 AM

Nope. Better for him (and us) where he is.

by Anonymousreply 42February 8, 2019 2:41 AM

He's too robotic.

by Anonymousreply 43February 8, 2019 2:42 AM

He looks like a guy who doesn't know how to keep his staff in line.

by Anonymousreply 44February 8, 2019 2:44 AM

If I didn't know him, I would guess he's Sandra Bullock's brother.

by Anonymousreply 45February 8, 2019 2:48 AM

R40, we are talking about presidential elections. NH is now famous for their misogyny and Bro stunts in the 2004, 2008, and 2016 election.

The Supper Tuesday poster who is so hilariously offbase yet confident in its prognostications is my new favorite troll.

by Anonymousreply 48February 8, 2019 9:32 AM

His hairstyle is tragic.

by Anonymousreply 49February 9, 2019 8:07 PM

I'd rather he stay in congress and do the committee work on the Russia investigation. Maybe by 2028 we will be done with this, he will be a household name, and he can win the White House.

by Anonymousreply 50February 9, 2019 8:17 PM

Who is the reality star who’s going to gut all these losers Trump style???

by Anonymousreply 51February 9, 2019 8:22 PM

Dwayne Wayne Johnson

by Anonymousreply 52February 9, 2019 8:31 PM

At this point, ANYONE with a pulse is “presidential material” in the US. What a fucking joke this place has become.

by Anonymousreply 53February 9, 2019 8:39 PM

President Swalwell just rolls off the tongue.

by Anonymousreply 54February 9, 2019 8:41 PM

Excellent VP. Will be strong against Boris.

by Anonymousreply 55February 9, 2019 8:44 PM

The more candidates the better. Remember when no one wanted to run for president so Michael Avenatti had to offer to do it if nobody else would? It is better to have too many than too few, and they have sharpened their instincts and emboldened their true patriotic fervor.

by Anonymousreply 56February 9, 2019 8:52 PM

President SwallowsWell.

by Anonymousreply 57February 9, 2019 8:53 PM

I was in a starbucks yesterday for a meeting. I overheard someone say that they like Joe Biden but not as a president.

I wonder how many people feel that way about Biden. This person was pretty loud it about when talking to the other person. LOL, I remember seeing everyone look up when he said that.

by Anonymousreply 58February 9, 2019 9:06 PM

What's more prestigious as a member of congress? A house member? Or a senator?

I've always been curious about this.

by Anonymousreply 59February 9, 2019 9:07 PM

R59 a senator. Only 100 of those dirtbags.

by Anonymousreply 60February 9, 2019 9:09 PM

Swalwell just looks presidential.

He is Beto and Harris rolled into one.

Swalwell and Beto ticket and Harris as secretary of State.

Then Garcetti can run for Kamala's seat in the Senate. <3

by Anonymousreply 61February 9, 2019 9:10 PM

Anyone but Erastus Corning’s daughter.

by Anonymousreply 62February 9, 2019 9:14 PM

He's so wholesome and cute!

Kamala Harris for president / Eric Swalwell for vice president.

by Anonymousreply 66February 9, 2019 9:53 PM

R46: Again, I say sit down, shut up and stop wasting this thread's time. Hillary won NH in the 2008 PRESIDENTIAL primary and carried the state in the 2016 PRESIDENTIAL election. Sanders won the 2016 primary as he was from the state NEXT DOOR. No one here knows what the fuck you're talking about for 2004.

by Anonymousreply 67February 9, 2019 9:58 PM

Dear DL Grandmas,

No Biden. No Hillary. No Bernie.

No more septuagenarian establishment fucksticks who've already lost in the past (and yes I consider Bernie establishment).

We need fresh blood with a bold message or Trump will cake walk to reelection.

Got it ? Good.

by Anonymousreply 68February 9, 2019 10:04 PM

Where’s the “I want him in me quite deeply” troll?

by Anonymousreply 69February 9, 2019 10:06 PM

I think he suffer the scourge of womanly ass.

by Anonymousreply 70February 9, 2019 10:07 PM

R68: Blow it out your ass. O'Rourke is running for President of Instagram at this point when he should be challenging John Cornhole for his Senate seat in 2020. He's not national material.

by Anonymousreply 71February 9, 2019 10:13 PM

He's very soccer playery

by Anonymousreply 72February 9, 2019 10:34 PM

I always get hungry for salmon whenever I Eric swalwell.

I like him. I also never miss any of his interviews on MSNBC or CNN. He definitely has a presence.

by Anonymousreply 73February 10, 2019 12:21 AM

[quote]Kamala Harris for president / Eric Swalwell for vice president.

Two Californians is a no-go.

Harris will be the Presidential nominee...there is absolutely no question about that.

Who she picks for her VP is up in the air. I think it will probably be Beto, but there are some other possibilities.

by Anonymousreply 74February 10, 2019 12:55 AM

Consider an entertainer. They have built in audience appeal.

by Anonymousreply 75February 10, 2019 1:44 AM

I hope he wins

by Anonymousreply 76February 10, 2019 2:55 AM

I like Harris and Warren. Tired of old, white men (and I am one) who don't know shit about technology trying to lead us into the next century. No Bernie, No Biden, No Sherrod, No Bloomberg. Put your egos aside gentlemen and take your place as senior statesmen and support the younger generation with your full heart. I still blame Bernie's lukewarm support for Hillary as a key reason she lost. The next Democratic president is going to have great options and talent to fill their cabinet. It's going to take more than a village to clean up this crap.

by Anonymousreply 77February 10, 2019 3:07 AM

I personally would like to see a Harris/Holden ticket.

by Anonymousreply 78February 10, 2019 3:08 AM

I'd have to have him and Beto sit on my face before I decide.

by Anonymousreply 79February 10, 2019 3:08 AM

[quote]I personally would like to see a Harris/Holden ticket.

Who the fuck is Holden?

R80 Holder. Eric Holder. Please forgive me Amy for the typo. I'll try to do better next time. I promise. Please, don't make me wash your dishes.

by Anonymousreply 82February 10, 2019 3:13 AM

I'm with R79. Cleanest hole with appealing ring of soft hair wins.

by Anonymousreply 83February 10, 2019 3:15 AM

President Swalwell would get to top VP Beto "Beta" and his soft hairy hole.

by Anonymousreply 84February 10, 2019 3:16 AM

Al Franken would have been the perfect presidential candidate -- a TV/media star. But that C_ _ T Gillibrand ended that. If Trump gets in again -- you can blame her!

by Anonymousreply 85February 10, 2019 3:18 AM

Say it, R85.

CUNT.

by Anonymousreply 86February 10, 2019 3:39 AM

[quote] like Harris and Warren. Tired of old, white men (and I am one) who don't know shit about technology trying to lead us into the next century. No Bernie, No Biden, No Sherrod, No Bloomberg.

I get your point, but Bloomberg made his fortune as a tech entrepreneur.

by Anonymousreply 87February 10, 2019 3:39 AM

But the more pressing question is why hasn't some one posted a link to a shirtless photo of him

by Anonymousreply 88February 10, 2019 3:40 AM

by Anonymousreply 90February 10, 2019 3:44 AM

The Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates cannot be from the same state. You lose the electoral college vote as a result.

by Anonymousreply 91February 10, 2019 3:56 AM

Harris/Klobuchar

by Anonymousreply 92February 10, 2019 3:57 AM

I think he's dreamy.

by Anonymousreply 93February 10, 2019 4:06 AM

Biden is running. Its just a matter of time. Bernie is running too. As soon as he gets in, all the far left candidates will be history.

Biden/Harris

by Anonymousreply 94February 10, 2019 4:07 AM

[quote]a Harris/Holder ticket.

No! Personally, I don't care, But goddammit, I want to win! I don't believe that two blacks on the Dem ticket would succeed at all. That is not a winning formula.

by Anonymousreply 95February 10, 2019 6:12 AM

Tres adorbs!

by Anonymousreply 96February 10, 2019 6:20 AM

Looks a little like Frankenstein

by Anonymousreply 97February 10, 2019 6:36 AM

Does Buttigieg Swalwell?

by Anonymousreply 98February 10, 2019 7:14 AM

I see Swalwell, I think vanilla pudding in Mayberry.

by Anonymousreply 99February 10, 2019 7:16 AM

by Anonymousreply 100February 10, 2019 7:23 AM
