Would you tell your coworkers and your boss; or would you keep it confidential, just between HR and you?
P.S. This is your second trip.
It would be impossible for me to keep it unknown. I would definitely try - but there would have to be some blatant “no comment” to the questions. But it’s definitley worth doing - the job becomes secondary.

In my convivial work atmosphere, I would just drop it casually in a self-deprecating manner.
Despite the façade of friendliness, these bitches love to gossip and I'd rather rip that bandaid off real quick instead of having it enter the gossip mill.
That's not realistic for everyone, but you have to be proactive. There's no such thing as privacy anymore.
