After listening to this song on a regular basis for the last 25 years, it still holds up.

She had 2 big hit singles.

I haven’t heard it much at all since it was first released, but I agree it’s still great. I love every section of the song.

She had a follow up hit that was even bigger, with “As I Lay Me Down”, but I thought that song was too pussy. I didn’t hate it, I thought it was okay, but it wasn’t nearly as fun as this first hit.

I liked the version she and Melissa Etheridge did together.

I wrote her off after seeing her perform this on David Letterman. She was writhing around on stage and was completely off key. She was horrible.

I took a look at her IG page. It's rather normal and not as selfie-centered as most celebs' IGs. Her kids are cute. I must say she has amazing hair for 54.
