Kirk Douglas is unique in that he's the ONLY one who has ever complained about Barbara Stanwyck on the set. It was his first film and she didn't suck is ass hard enough. Actually, she didn't suck it as all.

Barbara Stanwyck had an impeccable professional reputation. The crew and her co-stars loved her. That must've been some issue on Douglas's part, and not anything she did.
