Which age range?
None of the above.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | November 27, 2018 6:42 PM |
In his mid30s/early40s.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | November 27, 2018 6:44 PM |
these polls are so stupid, OP. It depends on the man! And if you are - say - Paul Newman you will be hot from 18 to 80. If you're just an average ugly man age doesnt count either.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | November 27, 2018 6:44 PM |
If you take care of yourself then for most guys their 30s are probably when they are at their hottest. Its before they are middle aged but they have more maturity. But it depends on the guy. For some age doesn't matter. Older guys with movie star looks will usually be hotter than average schlubby dudes in their 20s.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | November 27, 2018 6:46 PM |
Depends on the man.

Dumb poll. It depends. I was a little chubby and out of shape as a teenager and in my early 20s. Currently I'm almost 30 and in the best shape I've ever been in. Youth doesn't mean you are more attractive or at your peak.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | November 27, 2018 7:38 PM |
R10 Age 30 *is* youth
by Anonymous | reply 11 | November 27, 2018 7:56 PM |
R11 yeah but I'll never be in my early 20s again when some in the poll believe a guy is at his peak.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | November 27, 2018 7:59 PM |
The "it depends on the man" responses just don't get it. The question is ON AVERAGE when does he peak. ON AVERAGE doesn't mean look at individual anecdotes. It means look at them AS A WHOLE.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | November 27, 2018 8:15 PM |
Ages 31 - 35 are currently winning, so you're in luck for a few more years at least, R12. After that, it's a slow slide into irrelevance according to DL.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | November 27, 2018 8:18 PM |
For asians its usually... age never
by Anonymous | reply 15 | November 27, 2018 8:38 PM |
Cruel twist of fate that peak emotional maturity occurs when ones physical attractiveness is in decline.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | November 27, 2018 8:39 PM |
R12 early 20s didn't win the poll. Early 30s did.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | November 27, 2018 8:43 PM |
Early 30s. There are occasional exceptions of guys who peak earlier or later, but generally most do around then.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | November 27, 2018 8:46 PM |
All I can say to the younger guys - enjoy it while you have it. You are a flower for a very short time during your life span.

Awww I've never been called or compared to a flower before.

18-25 Physical Peak
Most people don't reach emotional maturity until their late 30s and that number is going higher every year.

Kevin Costner, in his early thirties ("Bull Durham")
by Anonymous | reply 22 | November 27, 2018 9:00 PM |
It really depends on the individual. 30-35 is a good general call however.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | November 27, 2018 9:02 PM |
Based on my sexual options, mine was late 30's.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | November 27, 2018 9:03 PM |
32.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | November 27, 2018 10:01 PM |
Mine late 30s, but only because literally everyone guessed I was 31. Times were good at 39.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | November 27, 2018 10:09 PM |
Hotness is subjective. If you fuck an ordinary looking guy and like him intensely he tends to look beautiful during sex.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | November 27, 2018 10:13 PM |
What deep denial are people in to say “depends on the man”. I know zero 75 year olds who look better than they did at 25. Physically men peak before 28 - it’s a fact of sexuality and biology. I get maybe some guys get in shape in their 30s and may look better than their 20s. But if you always stay in shape, you will look better at 25 than you do at 35. And no one looks better at 60 - or even 50- than they do at 30.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | November 27, 2018 11:22 PM |
Depends which era. Men in their 30s during the 1940s looked closer to what men now look in their late 40s now.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | November 27, 2018 11:25 PM |
R28 you don't seem to know what "hot" means. Does not mean physical peak or most potent sperm delivery machines. Means total package is sexy and seductive. Its a matter of who is judging the hotness factor, and the guy being judged.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | November 27, 2018 11:30 PM |
Lets take a creep like Jon Hamm. Hamm was an attractive jock when young. In his thirties he was ripe, had a swagger, almost starting to decay, and very hot.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | November 27, 2018 11:34 PM |
However old the guy at R5 is.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | November 27, 2018 11:35 PM |
Alternatively, however old all these dudes from the film 300 were at the time.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | November 27, 2018 11:38 PM |
For many years, Jeff Goldlum was an average looking typical jewish looking guy. Only in his senior years did something solidify so he actually became kind of sexy. That's just my opinion. Others will differ.
I noticed in HS that everyone was going to peak at different ages. I knew some alpha boys in elementary school and in JrHS they were THE HOT boys in school. By Senior Year HS, their time was over. Imagine peaking at 14! It happens. I knew some average blokes in HS who turned up looking hot in their 30's.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | November 27, 2018 11:38 PM |
I thought Costner had a little revival of hot in Hidden Figures. He looked great! But old, yeah. Nothing like his peak which I think was No Way Out

The women voting are skewing the curve significantly.

[quote] you will look better at 25 than you do at 35.
You will look YOUNGER at 25, and for some, that's preferable to 35. But at 35 you'll be subjected to 10 more years of testosterone, your jaw will be wider, your beard will be darker, you may appear more masculine then 10 years before. You won't be as "pretty", but that can be a good thing. And all this can happen BEFORE your face and eyes start to seriously droop. That's why mid-30's can be the height of attractiveness in the opinion of men who love attractive, masculine men.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | November 27, 2018 11:45 PM |
Cremation takes about 3 hours, so I’d say he’d reach peak hotness at about the 2 hour mark.

The average man is not like the average celeb who has an unlimited amount of money to spend on working out, diet, and maintaining ones youthful looks. If even they have a hard time keeping up, there is no hope for the rest of us.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | November 28, 2018 12:28 AM |
Let’s say 27-33. That seems about right, physically and emotionally.

I dont know if I would consider 27 very mature these days. 30 and up is just right though.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | November 28, 2018 3:08 AM |
The question isn't when a twink or boy reaches peak hotness, it's when a man does, so all of those answering 18-25 are either pedophiles or have a poor definition of what a "man" is (ie the elder gays drooling in the Shawn Mendes' threads). Men reach their peak masculine stage in their early 30's. It's when they are hairiest, bulkiest and most rugged without being saggy and old. After 35, it all goes downhill for most guys, but many can still be hot even into their 50's without being at their peak hotness.

28 - 35 are manly hot.

22-25 is my vote because that’s the unique and fleeting combo of youthful vigor and just starting to find yourself mentally and emotionally, but still open to the influence of the experiences flooding in in a way that hasn’t quite set into rigidity of any kind.
Every man I have known seemed to be at their most beautiful inside and out around age 23

[quote]When does a man reach peak hotness?
When he can stay hard and thrusting for one hour after coming.

[quote] The average professional athlete's career is over by age 33. For physically-demanding sports, like American football, it's as young as 28.
No coincidence. You can work out and be in good shape well until your 50s or 60s but by age 33, it's simply not possible to reach maximum fitness. Sex and sports are both linked by strength endurance so humans naturally respond to those who are at peak fitness age.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | November 28, 2018 9:23 PM |
Exactly R53. Hotness and physical peak are synonymous to me. Argue away - but give me a 26 year old athlete

[quote]What's the average age of World Cup football players?
For midfielders and attackers, I would guess late twenties, where peak fitness and experience combine. Goalkeepers and defenders can keep playing a bit longer because their role isn't as physically demanding.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | December 1, 2018 1:49 PM |
I'm late 20s and I responded early 30s, but I acknowledge that those who said late 20s might be correct, and I might be biased as my long term boyfriend (since his mid-20s) who is now early 30s, has really cleaned up and looks much better than earlier.
But I guess I can put it this way: early 20s if you prioritize youth, late 20s otherwise, except early 30s for those who gave a damn and reworked their attractiveness. Late 30s may be off-peak but still maintain that rework.
Late-teens, I've realized as I returned to college, isn't much. Indeed, some 'peak' then and never, ever get it back, and it wasn't that important to start with. When I was in my late-teens sure I slept around a bit, and in my early-20s I continued a little of that with college-aged, but I barely give these guys a second glance in my late-20s even when I get flirting.
Between your 10s and 20s you can undergo some surprisingly huge involuntary physical changes, and between your 20s and 30s that's not so huge but you have the chance to 'fix yourself' instead of settling into mediocrity or worse. But I don't see much hope between one's 30s and 40s other than staving off the worst of a decline (and thus still staying hot), and when you're between 40s and 50s it's more of a struggle(?) to keep being 'viable'. And most give up between their 50s and 60s, accept they are/becoming a senior, and go for that.
Or I can say: teens are cute, 20s are sexy, but 30s are hot - (and 40s are mature, 50s are distinguished). Younger men being called 'hot' is sometimes valid, but more often a false boasting of maturity like the term 'young adult novels'.
I also think one's early 30s is the widest, wildest age range for sex partners. Sure late teens may or may not go for you (especially if you believe hookup app profiles or club scenes; tip: don't always do that), but you have the most range of 20somethings, 30somethings, and by this point you're probably open to 40somethings, and they're all open to you. You're seen at maturing but not too old, and you see the biggest age range of others and potentially valid to lay with.
Straight men may have it different though. There may be less age-fixation from women towards you, but you also get the pressure to get married/earlier and I think that may affect the sense of 'hotness' and limit more to the 20s. And if a women wants someone older, its ironically even more of a segregated 'daddy kink' that gay men just claim as a broad tribe or preference. So for straight men I may more easily say Late 20s, if only because the 'breeding market' (?) gets drier in one's 30s. Also more straight men seem to decline into booze/food/depression/etc in their early 30s while more gay men seem to push through and try to get themselves to be hotter, whether it's good for their psyche or not.

I always had a thing for younger guys and always felt like I was too old, even when I was in my late twenties. Wish I had been aware of polls like this back then. I made the mistake in assuming that everyone was attracted to exact same thing I was and now I've lost several years thinking that my glory days were behind me.
