Busy Phillips's looks very realistic if it is a fake. I doubt that it is. What would be the point? She is only famous for being Michelle Williams' date to the Oscars.

Busy is real. You can always tell if a pregnancy is real because women usually look swollen and bloated all over even if they do not gain a lot of weight.
