I've wondered the same thing, OP. I thought it was a passing fad she was going to do for a few weeks. It's dragged on for over a year now. It NEVER looked good. I don't get it at all.

Of course, the rest of her isn't exactly a picture of beauty either, but the grill can be removed in a minute and look a million times better.

I don't think she looks fat but her outfit isn't very flattering. And her hairstyle accentuates facial issues. I'm not uber famous or even wealthy, so I have no idea how I would dress if I was, but I hope that I'd hire a stylist who would advise me better than hers has been.

It is laughable that this sixty year old woman goes out in public looking like that. She should dress more appropriately for her age, like they do back in the old country.

This was the last time she looked truly like her best self. 2005. Amazing.

She had a fairly thin face as a slender aging adult woman. It suited her. All the fillers look crazy and unnatural in part because she never had chubby cheeks in the first place.

Why doesn't she go away for year or so, take an actual vacation. When she's touring she can't actually enjoy all the cities she visits. She should enjoy some of her millions. She comes across as bitter and miserable. It must be extremely stressful to need so much adulation and remain in the spotlight.

Her constant need to remain relevant isn't doing her any favors. Madonna is like an extremely annoying relative who, no matter how hard you try, you can't avoid at family functions.

Here's what I find so odd. Madonna is obsessed with staying as "current"as possible, but grills haven't been in style for years. Not even the younger pop artists wear them anymore, as far I know.
