Matt Damon was PISSED OFF at Chris O'Donnell during the filming. O'Donnell was higher on the food chain than Damon, as O'Donnell was being flooded with scripts. He had the script for Scent of a Woman that every actor in the cast was envious of.
Damon asked O'Donnell if he did have the script, and O'Donnell wouldn't confirm or deny, and Damon was furious (and admittedly jealous) that O'Donnell was getting all the A-list scripts.

He's the one in the bottom right of the photo with the glasses. He also accused Kevin Spacey of sexually assaulting him when he was a teenager, in the 80's. Yikes!
