I think all the performances and writing for both movies was great. I loved all the little touches they did.

r92, you didn't have to like the show at all, the movie was just funny. Even though it was produced by Sherwood Schwartz, the original creator, it makes fun of the original show mercilessly. He was smart enough to know that would be how to make the movie a hit. The ultimate example of how to make a movie based on an old tv show, almost all of the others have been unwatchable crap.
